Hard to win when your opponent is getting 10 more FT attempts per game

The worst part is Boston is a jump shooting team.  Why give them extra chances?

Game 5 sure looked to me like a blatant fix in Boston’s favor.  Bucks will blow them out in game 6 to force a game 7 and I don’t trust the better team will win- PS it ain’t the Celtics

NBA....It's FAN-TAS.........a piece of shiit product.

I cheer for the Bucks to do well and am happy Milwaukee is a  major league sports town. But, the NBA is a corrupt piece of trash.

Quite obvious NBA does not want Bucks winning.

This is exactly why I quit watching years ago

You'd think the NBA would want Giannis to grow the game in Europe rather than a Boston team whose best current player is Al Horford.

Giannis has to get more then 10 shots.

10-37 (4-17 FG) FG from your guards isn't going to win many games.

I don’t understand how, in the most important game of the season, your superstar is fourth in shots attempted.

And, I am so done with Eric Bledsoe. His mouth and his 5 for 15 shooting nights. Seems every time I look up, he’s putting up bricks.

It wasn't even close - the shot-clock violation is simply a brutal blown call.

Now, that 1 play isn't the reason the Bucks lost the game but all we want is what happens on the court to be called correctly ESPECIALLY since we have the technology to do it.

It's seriously a 5 second video viewing & make the proper call.

Brogdon with 18 minutes tonight.  I don’t recall seeing him once in Q4.

I don't understand giving his minutes to Snell, Delly, and Muhammed. 19 minutes isn't enough for him.

Look at the +/- from last night.

Tony Snell was -12 in 13 minutes. That projects to -44 over the course of a whole game. He was 0-5 from 3, with 1 rebound, and 1 steal.

The games usually come down to whether players other than Middleton can hit the open 3s that come from Giannis drawing the defense. The first two games in Boston they had no one doing that and ended up down big (despite the rally in the 4th in game 1). In games 3 and 4, Parker emerged and Snell and Maker did as well. Last night, Parker played well which kept them close, but Snell, Maker, Brogdon, and Delly were 0-12 from 3. If those guys even shoot 25% it's a win.

I was puzzled as well why Brogdon was limited and other guys like Snell got more minutes?

Seemed like they were having difficulty matching up and responding to Smart’s presence in the lineup.  I’m sure they will adjust but this is a game they very easily could have won if they hit a few more shots.

Just watched the game. The officiating has reached “its fixed” levels. There’s just no explanation for it.

But Boston missed a ton of looks they make at home. Giannis stepped up, but they/he missed a lot of FTs. The Bucks are going to lose if they don’t make FTs in Boston. But they might go nuts and make all of them- and I just don’t believe it’ll matter.

They'll also lose because Bledsoe forgot how to play basketball. He has completely lost himself- and Stevens knows it. He goes after Bledsoe and Parker all game long. They’re lost. No idea about their defensive responsibility or their feel for the game. And that’s the thing- he’s a good defender historically. But he needs coaching- just like Parker. Young, athletic, but never had any coaching. Stevens is just abusing these two all series with forcing them into decisions and confusing them. And Bledsoe goes at least 5 possessions a game without passing the ball.

The Bucks finally shook off the game 6 blues. The last game 6 they won was Ray Allen’s 41 point, 9 three explosion over the Sixers in ‘01.

They will have their chances to win on Saturday. But they won’t. If it isn’t missed FTs, it’ll be Bledsoe/Parker, or definitely officiating.

The only way the Bucks will win game 7 is if the refs call it straight up.  Or shoot and play like they did in game 3.  That’s a tall order.

What I don’t understand is why Boston is getting the calls.  The Celtics take a lot of outside shots.  When they do drive to the hoop I see a lot of contact but guys like Horford actually initiate the contact. Defensively, I am shocked at what the Celtics get away with.  Giannis should have 10-12 FT attempts per game and in this series it’s half of that.  During the regular season Giannis had 10+ FT attempts in almost half the games played.  In this series?  Game 1- that’s it. Total bull****.

Agree MC on Bledsoe.  He’s 24/60 in the series which is 40% from the field and 6/18 or 33% from 3pt range.  That will not get it done in game 7.   What’s frustrating is Bledsoe shot 47% from the field and was 35% from 3pt range in the regular season. Certainly Boston’s defense has something to do with it but he has not been good in this series.

Snell is another guy that’s been off shooting 29% from 3pt range in the series. He’s 2 for 11 in the last 2 games.  Ugly.

On the other hand,  Middleton has been unbelievable.  Dude is 15/25 from 3pt range.  That’s 60%.  He only shot 36% from long range during the regular season.

Glad the Bucks won game 6 - but I said the Bucks needed to steal game #1 in OT & they didn't get it done. That was the series.

We all know Boston will win Game #7 - 1 way or another, that's what's "good for the league"

Since they started playing Maker and Delly in Game 3, this is what the games come down to. The Celtics are not going to let Giannis, Middleton, or probably Parker beat them. They are going to make Snell, Maker, Brogdon, Delly, and Bledsoe hit 3 pointers to beat them. Those 5 are 6-35 from deep in the 3 losses and 17-47 in the 3 wins. They are going to get 10-12 open looks every game. If they hit 4-5 of them they'll probably win. If they hit 1-2 they'll probably lose.

Game 6 these 5 were 5-19

Game 5, 2-17

Game 4, 5-13

Game 3, 7-15

Game 2, 2-7

Game 1, 2-11
