When I think of Jace, and I have not thought about him much because why would a Packer fan think of him, I try to imagine this is just an alternate universe and on April 26, 2019 Gutey was not actually so wedded to giving his 2018 bust WR picks St. Brown and J'Mon Moore more opportunities and hence selected Terry McLaurin with pick #76 instead of letting the Washington Football Team steal him with pick #77.

In my universe, the Pack thus actually had a legitimate #2 WR during the past 3 seasons and won the 2020 Super Bowl.

Alas, that old round 3 Packer pick magic seems to be alive in well in the universe we all share ... and thus Jace is competing with Thornton, M. Adams and the rest of the stiffs who've been taken in that round the past 11 years to show who was the worst. (Oddly, the 4th round has been soooooo much better).

Dead serious, the team ought to ship its 2022 3rd round pick somewhere on principle.

LaFleur made it seem like TE Jace Sternberger wasn't coming back on the practice squad after being released. "We appreciate everything Jace has done," he said, adding it was a decision made in part because of the depth they have at tight end.

Pretty sure the (assumed) dope smoking didn’t help. Say, If we drug tested here at X4, it would be just me and Y.A. exchanging insults.

And the other "part" is that Jace never acted like he really wanted to be an NFL player.
