I think the city fathers are just planning on the Vikings to continue their losing ways. Eventually, it will be the right amount of tailgating space.
I think they could build a multiple level parking garage so they can tail gate on may levels. But I don't think they will do anything that makes the new stadium look better.
I think it's safe to classify the Vikings tailgating space as mediocre.
I love the idea of a multi level garage for tailgating. You know those dumbs****s would fully enclose it. Solves a lot of problems.

The 22 teams picking in front of Minnesota this year may rue the day they let WR Laquon Treadwell slip to a charging contender. The same goes for Mackensie Alexander in Round 2. If the O-line holds up in front of Teddy Bridgewater, the Vikings could be visiting Houston in February.
