The Mighty Green Bay Packers average 34 points a game in their 4 Super Bowl wins
The loser-vikes have scored 34 points in all their Super Bowls combined
That is an awesome stat. I wonder how many Queenie fans are even aware of this.

This why Vikings and their fans suck:

Wait and see how Karen Rodgers handles his exit before you start chirping. Rodgers is a cry baby, hence blaming his calf injury on the turf in Tampa. Also every time Karen gets hit, he looks at the refs for flags or complains. Favre is a tough guy, old school, something Karen is not. Karen wonβt even talk to the offensive lineman that protect him, thatβs his ego. I could see Everson Griffen or Barr ending Karenβs season with 1 blind side blitz this year!! Wooooooooooo!!
Vikings' season already up in smoke...
"A spokesperson for Mortenson Construction says workers were welding metal decks around 11:15 a.m. when sparks from the work fell onto nearby insulation material, which caught fire.
"The workers were able to quickly extinguish the fire, but smoke was visible from the site."
Nice pic of the smoky sand crawler here....
After they imploded the Metrodome it looked better than what they have there now.
so...there was a dumpster fire?
My favorite line from that Humpty dome rupture video is when Pam Oliver says:
"Crews have been out here trying to start the repairs, but you kind of wonder what for"
Sports fans had been wondering that for years.
The guy laughing in the background after Manatee says:
"No question the game cannot be played there"
always cracks me up.
Even without a Packer Super Bowl win, 2010 was an amazing season:
-Packers sweep Burt and the Queens
-Burt's consecutive game streak ends
-Stergergate
-Trade for Moss, then Moss gets cut
-Childress gets fired
The roof collapse was just the perfect summary of that year for the Vikings.

The Pluto Mission costs less than the vikings new stadium, and has just as many Super Bowl wins.
The fine folks in Minny are quick to point out...
Even though the new stadium cost more than the the Pluto mission. They are the only state that helped fund both.
SKOL!!!
In space. No one can hear you suck.
But they can see it.
In space, would they actually have to pipe in the sound of screaming?
"It's a little known fact if you play the Viking horn in space you can only hear it in Atlanta"
Cliff Clavin - 1988
What better place to immortalize this opinion piece then in this thread:

I talked to Pluto this morning - they don't want the vikings either
Their last best hope is Uranus
NASA sent 4 Vikings to Mars 40 years ago.
Viking 1 Oribter - Shut down after depletion of attitude control fuel.
Viking 1 Lander - Human error during software update caused the lander's antenna to go down, terminating communication.
Viking 2 Orbiter - Shut down after fuel leak in propulsion system.
Viking 2 Lander - Battery failure.
If you're scoring at home, that's 0-4. Coincidence?
S - Still
K - Keeps
O - On
L - Losing
Am I the only one who thinks that the Vikings helmet doesnt look so much like it has horns but more like sperm?
Are the Vikings the reason for the new NFL retirement home? Was it a strong message to retire early?

And that for a trip that is a fraction of the distance it will take to get to Pluto. The only conclusion I can come up with is that we will be able to see at Pluto what we couldn't see at Mars because of technology - assuming that the Vikings actually find the right planet.
Thanks folks, you made my Friday!
Gotta sell tickets to Birdstrike Centralβ’.
@RapSheet: The #Vikings just an announced a restructured contract for Adrian Peterson.
@CharlesRobinson: Source says that #Vikings and Peterson agreed to more guaranteed money, as expected.
@RapSheet: Adrian Peterson was due base salaries of $12.75M, $14.75M, & $16.75M. This restructure is expected to bring those down, add more guarantees.
@CharlesRobinson: #Vikings agreed to give Peterson additional guaranteed money in 2015 and 2016, as expected. I'm certain he'll still be unprotected in 2017 [when he is 33].
@CharlesRobinson: #Vikings did restructure as a commitment to both Adrian Peterson and development of Teddy Bridgewater. They believe this is a playoff team.
@CharlesRobinson: #Vikings add two years of guaranteed money to what was a totally team-slanted contract of a 30-year old running back. Pretty amazing.
@adbrandt: Thus Peterson may end up better off contractually than where he pre-suspension. And still has pending case v NFL for lost salary in Dec.
Makes him more tradeable.

The vikes were 6-6 in the conference and 1-5 in their own division.
They didn't beat a single team with a winning record and finished out the year 1-2, with the only win coming against an anemic bears squad that had already left the building.
They face the AFC west and NFC west - long trips for a team that traditionally struggles on the road... including a 2-6 record in 2014.
the 2014 vikes signature road win ?
vs the 2-14 bucs they managed to win. in overtime.
So, Super Bowl Vikings?
They have tickets to sell. Must spin, spin, spin.
Details emerge on Father of the Year's deal. Sure sounds like slavery to me.
@RapSheet: Adrian Petersonβs redone deal pays him $44M over 3 years-$20M in guarantees. If heβs on the roster in 2016, heβll have made $26M in 2 years
Past performance is not indicative of future earnings
Let the amazing fail continue...

Vikings stadium is millions over budget. Better yet, no one can decide how many millions over budget it is. Depends on which set of books you believe I guess.
Standing ovation for Adrian Peterson's return to training camp
What freaking losers. Says more than I care to regurgitate.
