He's another reason I was asking about the switch to a 4-3.  Clark seems to have some penetrating ability that might be better suited in a 4-3.  Athletic big guy, let him create some havoc, IMO.

Just think what Zimmer could do with him.

Not surprised at all that Atlanta won as I think the Rams overachieved most of the year and they just haven't played in many high stakes games.  

Barring a major upset today it's looking like New Orleans heading to Minnesota next week and that's probably the worst case scenario for the Vikes.  Playing the Rams would have been much easier and I think the Saints are the most dangerous team in the NFC.   I'm sure Philly doesn't mind either as they would have had to face the Saints but now Atlanta instead and the Falcons are not a good road cold weather team. 

Wanted the Rams to win but I think Atlanta is built better to bring the Evil Empire in Queensland crashing down.

Falcons run defense has improved dramatically over the last month.

Falcons winning doesn't bode as well for Vikings. 

Would've been much easier for Vikes if Rams had won. However, I see the Falcons screwing this up & turning the ball over. Matty puddles, Matty slush.

I hope the 2 games today are as entertaining as yesterday's games.

Hey....can't get em all right.

I thought Rams were better than that but they forgot how to tackle & Falcons have improved in December. Especially their run defense.

I don't see you stepping to the plate with any analysis.

I think the best thing for Minnesota is for Philly to beat Atlanta and obviously they need to advance.  Foles is not going to take them to the Super Bowl. 

I think Brees and Ryan in particular can give Minnesota fits and those defenses are pretty damn good.  Of the NFC teams remaining the Saints and Falcons might be the teams to beat.  I can't see Minnesota beating two decent QB teams even if they are playing at home. 

And before anyone says the Vikings beat those two teams let's not forget when they played them.  Different teams right now for sure.  Falcons looking dangerous and Saints have looked very good for weeks now. 

I just had this weird dream that I was listening to the Jags and the Bills in a playoff game and my favorite team was sitting this playoff out.

The defenses for Buff and Jax are something to watch. Granted, neither team has a QB that is a real challenge, but they really know how to play. Each stops the other team in their own half of the field -- what a concept! 

And Bortles cannot throw a swing pass to save his life...

And first mistake happens to Buff...

ATL is team to beat in NFC. Philly is lost without Wentz. We will look back on this post-season and recognize when the Falcons found their way.

Toss-up. Bortles doesn't duck and run the instant he sees a pass rush coming, but Hundley can throw a short pass.

Bortles is slightly better.

The Jax and Bill offenses are pretty dismal but I kind of enjoy watching a couple of fast, aggressive, D's who swarm to the ball. 

Yup, love watching the hard-hitting, but clean, defenses go to work.

Bortles just isn't very good. He's had a couple of brief moments where he's played competently but for being the 3rd overall pick in his 4th yr. in the league he was a huge swing and miss.

Put Cousins on either of these teams and they win 13 games.

Neither has any accuracy downfield. Both run well. Tyrod seems to be able to read defenses better. 

Can you imagine Cousins on either of these teams? Automatically bring either into SB discussion. And with Jax's cap, they could afford to pay Cousins what he wants and more.

I would think Jax changes QB in the offseason. Smith and Cousins are in a good spot right now. Both known commodities and address a critical need on many teams, except the two they happen to be on.

Buffalo gets a first and goal on the 1 and for some unfathomable reason decides to pass. Offensive PI for -10. Then a run for -2. Then a throw away on what was almost a -10 on a sack.

On the neutral zone infraction on the field goal attempt for the first down.... I thought the movement into the neutral zone has to cause the offensive player to move.  If they don’t move till the p,Ayer is back out of the zone, it shouldn’t be called.

They're good, but a lot of this is Taylor and Bortles. Brady and Big Ben won't look like this. 

Defense wins championships... but this is some boring shiit.  

I have yet to see an AFC team worthy of the post season. Seems like its a 2 team tournament in the AFC this year.

The beauty of it is that both of the AFC teams will beat any of the NFC teams in the SB.  

Obviously Bortles needs to be in MM's QB school.
