It's honestly that simple. Our best player, the best QB in the league, is not playing. You don't need to look any deeper than that.

The defensive secondary giving up two bomb touchdown passes certainly hasn't helped.

Both of them were jokes. If Tramon holds on to the ball on the first, and if they had any idea where the ball was on the second, it's a 10-6 game now.

Is it Capers or the personnel? Or both?

The personnel is lacking in areas, but they're playing well below their talent level.

Nice drive though, gave themselves a fighting chance at least.

Booth announcers do not have it in for the Packers. I've been hearing that nonsense from Packer fans for 15 years now (Madden's Favre love notwithstanding)

I think there is plenty of talent to work with on D, personally.

yeah but the Eagles offense is good. and our offense doesn't even have 13 points. So I find it hard to blame the defense. AR puts up 40 on that cupcake defense easily.

They really aren't that impressive at all. They're burning the Packers deep with ease. The secondary looked lost on both of their scoring bombs.

every team has holes but:

(1) With AR, the team is likely in the playoffs and probably wins the division (i still don't think they have enough defense to beat sf/seattle/no on the road).

(2) Without AR, the team may be in the bottom 5 in the NFL.

TW seems to have lost speed, jumping ability, and reflexes. Defense has good players up front, but needs a safety and improved scheme.
