Well when 3 OL are 10 yards downfield to block for a receiver then those plays tend to work. DBs can't take on OL. It's like blaming a pass rusher for not sacking the QB when he's been held.

I'm sorry to laugh at the Bears, because I know that right now BearNDesert is absolutely fuming. But how the hell do you get to 3rd and 24, nearly get the first down, and then screw up that huge gain via penalty on the same play to go to 3rd and 29?

You run your OL 10 yds downfield before the pass.
