I guess they had to call the PF since Dix got him in the head, but the runner was going down and to me it that was the reason Dix got him in the head. He was diving, couldn't really pull up.
S Josh Jones is being looked at on the sideline. He collided with Martinez on that fumble recovery.

Disagree, he didn't even try to tackle Bellamy, just rolled his shoulder at his head. Clinton-Dix needs to be smarter than that.

Technically he did hit the receiver too high, but he was trying to hit the receiver lower and the guy was going down so it was bad luck.
