Where the hell are you doing with this comparison here? Osweiller was ridiculously overpaid. Rodgers is underpaid. This makes zero sense.
Retirement or sitting out just isn't going to happen here. He gets a contract extension and remains a Packer or he plays one more year and is traded in 2022. That's the two most likely outcomes. A very longshot 3rd option is he's traded this year.
