I want to see him hangry in big boy pants.
Did I read that he is being held out for a possible concussion? I thought those helmet covers were supposed to diminish that possibility.

Seat belts diminish death in car accidents, yet people wearing them die in car crashes daily. Shit happens.
Did you buy that off of Tooner?
He lives in the trunk.
Someone took the effort to but that on blocks, and then left it out in the elements to rust away.
more from Dane Brugler - pre draft on Wyatt
. Wyatt took advantage of the extra year of NCAA eligibility because of COVID and returned for his fifth season in 2021.. competes through the whistle and several of his plays on tape were a result of his non-stop effort ... chases from the backside and is always in pursuit ... sound awareness to quickly locate screens or find passing lanes ... blocked a field goal as a senior
... his level of play consistently increased throughout his college career.
Wyatt is coming into a really sweet set up for a rookie DL.
Montgomery is a talented DL coach, there are vets to mentor him and a loaded DB room to give him time to get home. The presence of Reed, Clark, Lowery, Slaton means the Packers don't need him to be a superstar right away
On passing downs - he'll be flanked by Clark, Gary and Smith - that's a pretty solid pressure package. Teams can't double all of em, so Devonte will have his chances.

Brutus ain't going anywhere, so the only way BK gets hurt is if he gets t-boned in the parking lot.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Boned or T- Boned ?

Brutus uses the other vehicle as a crumple zone.
That doesnât actually help Keel.

âNot really,â Wyatt replied when asked if he felt OK about how performance so far in camp. âMindset-wise, it's not OK because I do want to develop fast and be on the field with the guys and experience that. But I'm not trying to rush it, because if I rush it, I'm going to keep (expletive) up
âIâve just got to take my time, be patient, take it step-by-step and just detail after detail. The predicament I'm in right now, I'm not mad because I got the guys in front of me, (and Iâm) learning from them. And when my time comes, I know I'm going to shine. My wings are going to open.â
âA lot of guys tell me, don't put pressure on yourself because when you put pressure on something, you'll mentally break,â Wyatt said. âWeâve got a long season and I'm not trying to put pressure on myself, but I am at the same time because I want to prove that I'm supposed to be here. And I want to be one of the greats.â
Wyatt also admitted that in college at Georgia it took him awhile to get acclimated... his college career took off once he got comfortable, the game started slowing down for him and he started playing instead of thinking as much on each play as he is now.
âI just think a lot when I get on the field and I'm like, âWhatâve I got to do?' So I'm always all over the place,â Wyatt said. âBut once it all clicks in, it'll be better.
I long time ago, Goalline taught me the unfortunate reality: it takes time to develop as an NFL DL - that's just part of the deal. College DL thrive on their superior athleticism, NFL DL thrive on their technique, the mental game, hand & foot work, being consistent, having a plan and understanding a thicker playbook.
Wyatt is drinking from the firehose right now...
I agreed with you until you typed this: "I long time ago, Goalline taught me the unfortunate reality...". No one should listen to that punk, Goalline. No one!
BTW, the uphill climb is even steeper for DT than for DE.
But a 1st round pick should already be in the hall of fame.

Everything, yet you keep doing it.
this kid is going to be a factor this year, maybe not at the start, but later...when we will need it.

My first reaction was I need a tetanus to just get near it.
Then I realized that the rust itself would protect me - so it started looking better.
Then finally it occurred to me that BK took a really nice white car and used some spray-on rust with a few dents here and there - just so no one would steal it.
That car reminds me of Caleb Jones Big and mean!
Pic was taken seconds before the neighbors kids stole the wheels.
Kiel ain't getting in a car wreck because the wheels aren't on the ground. You can see him in the drivers seat, just like the old movies, moving the steering wheel like he is driving.
He's an excellent driver.
My guess is that he may play some in situations where they want him to shoot a gap and try to be disruptive , right now that is what he is best at.
His rookie year coming into TC, a lot of observers were underwhelmed by Kenny Clark. I specifically recall Gary Ellerson reporting from TC that year and saying âheâs not seeing muchâ from Clark and there was not much to be excited about. Obviously, we all know how that turned out.
Kenny was also like 20yrs old.

As a first round pick, Wyatt did not wow me from what little I saw of him in preseason. But there must be a reason scouts liked him. My guess is that they saw a high ceiling with time and coaching. He looked reliable and consistent in college with talent around him.
