Like the Wooden pick. We needed help on the D-Line and he appears to be pretty versatile. Hoping he turns out better than the last D-Lineman we picked out of Auburn.

Eagles trading for RB DโAndre Swift from the Lions
After using their #1 on Jahmyr Gibbs Detroit gets a 2025 4th and moving up in this yearโs seventh
lol Rams picking that drunk Stetson Bennett in the fourth
a kicker and a drunk, nice job Rams
Peyton Manning is smiling somewhere
Go up and grab Vorhees from USC at OL and Iโm good with this plus athletic haul.
He may be trying right now, but I was thinking that Gute wanted to get back into the 4th again with the extra picks he accumulated.
Everything in the draft is a crapshoot to a certain degree, but teams really start chumming the water from about the middle of the 4th on.

TT did some great work in later rounds as well.
The Gute era hasnโt been quite as good finding the gems after round 2. Last yearโs group of late round picks did look they had some promise, though the 3rd round OG looked very shaky.

2025? If the Lions are serious about thinking they'll win the division, be consistently competitive and be in the playoffs, why trade Swift to the Eagles for a ham sandwich?

Especially to the team that is presumably the favorite in the NFC.
Gute takes multiple OL every year it seems. Would have to think an OL or 2 are coming up in the 5th unless he trades up.

If any team is capable of fucking up all of these picks, it's the Lions. They find a way...

It is kind of frustrating to see how easily teams are willing to help the Eagles. I give the Eagles credit though, they know they are in a Championship window right now and doing everything they can to stack that roster.
Itโs funny, Howie Roseman started his career with the Eagles as sort of a joke. He built the disastrous โdream teamโ of 2011 that set the franchise back for years. That said, he recovered from that and for the last 7 or 8 years heโs been at worst one of the top 3 or 4 GMs in the NFL.
Joey Fisher from Shepherd? Thatโs a Ted Thompson slob find.
Dang, Whylie goes 2 picks before. Wherefor art thou TE #3?
I think we need another TE here.
Safety with this pick?? Maybe Christopher Smith?
O-line? Wypler or Jaelyn Duncan?
They got Clifford, the big red backup quarterback.
Packers select QB Sean Clifford, Penn State

Love is pissed!
WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!
Each pick is whiter than the last.
Clifford is 6-2, 218 pounds. Threw for 24 TDs and 7 INTs last season. Completed 64.4% of his passes for 2,822 yards. Ran the 40 in 4.59 seconds, vertical of 30 1/2.
Would have rather seen S, OL or even another TE or WR there
Mobile four-year starter with desired NFL intangibles and leadership, but a lack of passing talent. Clifford will have his moments, but he doesnโt consistently deliver the ball with accuracy and timing. His arm strength falls below the mark."
Awesome
Yeah, he's a late 7/free agent talent-wise, but Gutekunst probably thinks Clifford's his Purdy.
Rodgers had his Brohm. Love has his Clifford.
I was expecting OL help. Hope we donโt regret it.
S or CB next
Joe Barry's master plan: the best way to combat an empty backfield on offense is an empty backfield on defense. They don't need to draft a safety.
Instead, they draft another big WR with shitty hands. You can't say Gutekunst doesn't have a type.

Hitler had Eva Braun, Manson had Squeaky Fromm.
Packers select Virginia WR Dontayvion Wicks
Wicks is 6-1, 206, ran a 4.62 at the combine but had a 39-inch vertical.
Had had a lot of drops, 15 in three years.
His 2021 season was outstanding. He caught 57 passes for 1,203 yards and nine touchdowns. But the offense changed his senior year and he struggled.
He has a basketball background and had 27 plays of 20 or more yards.
Missed the 2020 season with a Lis Franc injury and missed two games with a bone bruise last year.
OK we are back https://t.co/vZurBayIuy

Dontayvion?
Thats like 3 names in one!
One more note on safety. The Packers donโt need a safety - they need STARTING safeties. They have 6 safeties who can make a 53. Drafting another โguyโ at safety just means youโre cutting a different โguy.โ Attack the better positions in the draft if you canโt get a starter. https://t.co/UFPuVDtp77
