So being the nut I am, I pulled up the Game Highlights ,set my phone to the highest resolution (1080p), and wasted 20 minutes of my life zooming in all over the screen at 0.25 speed adjustment to find the football land. Can you detect a missing 18.30 minutes in the tape, if so Rosemary Woods may have been involved.

Your phone doesn't look like it has very high resolution.

The TV camera was moving when it hit and it's zoomed in. 

Scroll through TikTok and you'll see plenty of fans that recorded it from the stands.  The ball clearly lands at or near the goal line.  

Speaking of, can a brother get a welfare check on GL?
