I'll answer my own question.  Welch signed with the Ravens.

Update:  Welch actually signed with the Broncos.  MLF said yesterday he signed with the Ravens but he must have had a brain fart.

Are the Packers making Philly Steak Burgers available in every city where Packers fans watch the game when They score?  Time to start pre-game food planning.

Not a bad idea.
What I had in mind was introducing the Brazilians/South Americans to bratwurst.
Properly prepared, of course.

Or you could just watch the game from your neighborhood Brazilian steak house

I thought at first you just being funny.  But then I wondered if such a place existed.  So a brief on line search revealed 3 of them in the St. Louis area.  Now comes the hard part - do they televise the game.

I think I might just go get a Philly Cheese Steak and be happy.  Thanks for the information.

Where's the ketchup?

A few years back I decided to make my own (brat) mustard. It takes a small chunk of three days, but it's worth it. Yellow Mustard seeds, brown mustard seeds, double bock beer and malt vinegar is the base, but it comes out pretty decent using Imperial Stout and apple cider vinegar if you want to save a few bucks/time searching. It's a punch to the nose like horseradish and is too stout for turkey/chicken but great on burgers, ham/pork and "steak" sandwiches.

The JSO had an article a couple days ago saying there are 14 new players on the initial 53 this year. I would post the link, but can't find the article anymore. So, I was wondering if that is a normal amount of turnover for a team from one year to the next?
