I agree. As much as I want Collins back, he is a young man and should not jeopardize the rest of his life and his mobility by trying to come back from a "neck injury." Collins seems like a decent person, and his family needs him healthy and well even more than does the Packers. There are times when one's priorities have to be re-examined. A football player with a neck injury is one of those times.

Are you listening, too, Peyton Manning?
Tough, tough loss. Always thought Nick was underrated despite Pro Bowls.

The team can't afford to lose another starter amongst the back 4/5.

If House can ever get on the field that gives Capers the option of looking at Bush as a back-up safety (remember they were looking at moving Bush to safety last pre-season) but his ball skills remain a huge weakness. Developing House may allow more flexibility with Woodson, however.

Right now I see the team sticking with the current roster, maybe bringing Anthony Levine back as insurance. MD Jennings is also a gamer and I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the mix more.

Good thing Burnett is looking fully recovered. Aside from the occasional brain cramp Morgan has played very well so far, especially in run support. His physical tools compare favorably with Nick's.

In TT and Capers I trust. But again, tough loss. Hope this doesn't end Nick's career.
