The guy was just awful in the redzone and other high pressure situations. I was surprised that he had a good arm and seemed to be able move the ball, he just seemed to be unable to make the big plays (TDs from RZ possessions, do-or-die 3rd/4th down conversions) and throw way too many INTs. He at least deserves another shot at training camp.
That run was a nice play, but in general, he was horrible in the RZ and other high pressure situations. They would have lost that game badly if they didn't put Flynn in. I'm not anti-Tolzien, I'm actually excited to see what he'll do in training camp and preseason, I just think he has a long way to go to prove he's worthy of the #2 job.
