I've looked at it very much like the '95 playoff loss to DAL. The next year...
"team scored a grand total of six points off five turnovers."
I guess I never realized that before. Very disappointing indeed.
Looking forward to this season to right a lot of wrongs on the way to the Superb Owl.

I thought about the lack of points off turnovers early in the game cost the Packers as much as the Hawk miscue, and as much as the 4 minute colapse at the end. If GB just turns a couple of those into TDs, the outcome is likely very different. Everyone where I live wants to point the to the last two items and while rightfully so because of their visibility, but they equally dismissed the lack of scoring with all the chances we had early on. So I quit trying to bring it up and just kept quiet - why fight it? It was a team loss and that was brought up here at X4 - to the credit of the posters here.
Even though we only had 6 points off of 5 TO's, we STILL had them beat down until the last 3 minutes.
Good to see so many have moved on...
H5, my main man
You've been here long enough to know that most of Packer Nation never gets over anything. They take it personally, it leaves a permanent scar and they'll bring it up any and every time somebody dares to offer a positive / optimistic point of view
The butthurt runs really deep...and while I joke about the concept that X4 never forgets, it pales in comparison to the truth that Packers fans never get over it...
Onward
Hey Satori,
I always wanted one of those shirts that you have on your avatar. Never could find one at a show since most shows I went to were on the east coast. Nice!

I'll be wearing it to the Dead Shows at Soldier Field in July
Yeah, I guess I could have looked online for them, but I kind of forgot about it over the years. Thanks!
That is cool you are going to the shows. This is very cheesy if you ask me, but I am going to see the first night at the movie theater. My Dad is the one who got me into all the great music I listen to and he got tickets for all three nights at the movies. My Mom is going to the other shows with him, but I am going Friday. I wish they served alcohol at the movies.
Not cheesy at all.
There will be thousands of fans at theaters all around the world taking in the simulcast I'm sure a clever Sconnie person can import a flask into the theater
Enjoy it

After all the times the offense has bailed out the defense, it would've been nice to see the defense bail out the offense for once.

One could argue that getting FIVE turnovers was a heck of an attempt to do just that.

If the offense would have just converted one touchdown on any of the turnovers we wouldn't be having this conversation. The offense and defense both **** the bed at different times that led to this loss.
stop, just stop, look at the thread title, please.
Tdog - The game happened in 2015, just saying. Thread did not said what part of 2015 we had to move on to

If this was anything else but football I would agree with you Dalai Ganja.
I can live with that

It's really hard for me to conceive of the Dead without Jerry.
Well, during my commute, I had a 78 vintage Scarlet Begonias -> Fire going. Such good stuff, in my opinion!

That game is particularly horrible for me. I guess I have to put the Seattle loss higher, but that's about it. Oh, did I take that loss hard.
