That team '89 Packers was one of my favorite Packer teams. Just so much fun and they won 10 games including beating the Niners in SF

Anyone can beat the Niners in SF.  Why, Chicago did it just last year.

Did Watson have hamstring issues in college?

IDK, but the dude needs to be in Yoga class. Quite obviously not stretching and/or warming up enough.

Is the training staff doing anything for good hamstring health??

After watching JT's breakdown on Love which was pretty positive I thought I'd watch the one of Fields to see if he's just positive about every QB (for homer views), but nope, he almost immediately starts out saying "Scheme-wise, what the fuck are we doing here?  This is High School Harry shit were we're cutting the field in half".

Proceeds to basically eviscerate Fields' decisions, ball placement and the Bears offensive scheme in general.  I can see now why Fields runs as much as he does.  Doesn't seem to have much else to his game.

He's the new Bobby Douglass.

All I know is that if Hundley can beat the Bears in his first start (I believe) in Chicago, Love can do it.

I was convinced that Hundley saw only the right half of the field.  Nelson was always open but no ball came his way.  Also, it took the help of a replay challenge to overturn an apparent Bears TD.  I was in the stands that day and it looked a TD to me.  When I got home and saw a slow motion replay, the ball was rotating in the receivers hands.  So they said he did not have procession.  But the Packers with Hundley prevailed.

I pick GB to win 35-21.

It is frustrating to have a player with so much potential hurt so often.  I had the same frustration with MVS.

From packers.com:

The Green Bay Packers elevated S Innis Gaines (IN-iss) and RB Patrick Taylor from the practice squad to the active roster for gameday. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Saturday.

No extra receivers added. Meaning they’re feeling good about Romeo Doubs.

Meanwhile, B***s just added Robert Tonyan (back) to the injury list, cited as now questionable due to a back injury.

Back injuries in any sport are so hard to overcome. Can't play through them, they last a long time, can spring up at any time even if you think you're healed, and are so easy to reinjure. The bigger the guy the worse it is.

Sucks to go into game 1 with a new starting QB without your most dynamic receiver. But cmon, it's the Bears. Need 30+ runs between Jones and Dillon.

I do have a pitchfork, can of gas and lighter ready just in case for some idiotic reason Jaire is not covering DJ Moore each and every play tomorrow.

Doubs will play but with limited snaps.  I'm a little concerned about our receivers today.  Lots of talent but not much experience (our 2 most experienced receivers are out/limited).  It may take time for our passing game to gel.  Until then I have to have faith in Joe Barry.

I've got a bad feeling about this...
