Very necessary insurance against that defense.
I don't think it was even possible before.
Damn, I wonder if he would actually start. Not totally out of the realm of possibility if they feel better with Turner at G. LT is a hell of risk coming in cold.

Web reports say he played in the Colts’ week 17 game and he started and played all of the playoff game on Saturday.
I’d guess they go with Turner at LT this weekend but the important thing Veldheer provides is a solid option at either tackle spot. Injury hedge should anything happen anywhere on the line, with Turner’s ability to move inside and Jenkins to line up wherever needed.

Better yet, tell her you have tested positive. Send her away for 10 days-2 weeks for quarantine purposes. That'll cover you until the Superb Owl.
Mrs. Timmy! had to reschedule our wedding day 3 different times due to game day conflict...

Apparently not because he was in the Covid protocol in Indy (per ESPN)

...and Lazard. I think Lazard is built for playoff football. Mentally and physically strong, he won’t get intimidated or pushed around.
He’s going to be that unexpected guy that steps up and makes big plays.

Previously it was a 5 day deal if you signed a free agent or made a trade (prior to the trade deadline) so I think he would be good either way but I think they have somewhat relaxed that 5 day rule.
So I'm just sitting here watching my Ticketmaster countdown to buy tickets.
14 minutes, 30 seconds...
I read that Veldheer had 72 snaps, allowed two pressures, no sacks.
Woo hoo! I'll be in section 116! Had 533 ahead of me in the queue and my math told me I was in good shape.

Congratulations! What time did you log in at? I logged in about 15 minutes early and I had 2000+ in front of me when it opened up. I got to the point of trying to select seats, but after like 50 attempts to get seats and getting the message that "some other fan already got those seats", I gave up.

If anyone has a free ticket....
Seriously tho...if you need a date that will get drunk and scream so loud on 3rd downs she won't be able to talk for 4 days, look no further.

Matt LaFleur said T Jared Veldheer will practice today after leaving Indy yesterday. As for what role he could have, if any, on Saturday? “We just have to see how much recall he has from last year,” LaFleur said noting that he just played in a game for the Colts in an entirely different system a few days ago.

Oh man a chick that will get drunk with me, scream loudly, and not be able to speak for four days? I might marry her.
With Rams QB situation up in the air, Matt LaFleur says #Packers will prepare to play both Jared Goff and John Wolford this week: "Both of them are a little bit different style players."

She would have to do a whole lot more than scream. Then again, ultimately the end game would be to get her to scream

I guess the mental aspect could be a bit tough.

I logged in about 1/2 hour early but just had the countdown timer. With like 10 minutes left I refreshed and then I was in a lobby waiting to join the queue with a queue number at the bottom. I think they must have given everyone a random queue number regardless of when they joined. I probably just got lucky being 534 when it opened. I tried first for row 9 in the same section but someone took that before me. So I just grabbed row 51 figuring I'd probably get it.

Will Johnston's clothes finally match?
My season tix are in section 116, about row 18. Pretty nice seats, of course I opted out this year. But you should like the view even if its further up than mine.

I'm curious why so many people opted out this year. What's the downside of opting in? Either way you either get a full refund or credit to next year. The only difference was you might be offered a chance to buy tickets at some point and you could pass on them. I wanted to keep my options open but at the time I thought I'd be passing on any tickets if they became available.
I sat in this area back in 2013 for a Milwaukee game. It was the awesome Scotty Tolzien game vs the Eagles after Seneca Wallace was injured on the first drive. Good times!
I'm guessing a lot of folks in the Green Bay area have been hard hit by the pandemic, and even the act of fronting the money with the chance for a refund was an economic hardship.

That was my first game ever at Lambeau. Been a Packer fan since the John Brockington/MacArthur Lane days but never made the investment in tix, airfare, hotel and car rental until my daughter became a huge fan as well. Obviously, all those arrangements were booked way ahead of time and then the f'ing Bears break Rodgers' collarbone and we get to see the Seneca Wallace & Scott Tolzien show. To make matters worse, the next trip we booked was the Saints game, right after Anthony Barr put Rodgers out for the season. Freaking Brett "Bubble gum" Hundley was way worse than Tolzien.

Opt in/opt out had zero impact on getting a refund. I opted in and took the full refund.
