I will be at that game. It will be my first attendance at a Packers game since 1976. I will be the lone packer fan in the stands.

Basically 3 games behind the Vikings for the NFC North.
I know Cobb had an ankle injury. Judging by his emotional response I’m guessing it’s serious, maybe career ending. Has anyone heard details?
@Pikes Peak posted:Seeing how much The Rams gave up for Stafford I wonder what the Pack could have got for Hollywood? Better too early…..
Yep, better to move on a year too early than a year too late.
Rodgers' presser was interesting. Basically said that Lafleur's schemes are great, but we don't have the personnel to run it. Whether it's talent or experience.
So he said it needs to be simplified [to match the personnel] or put players on the field that can run it.
I read that as Lafleur can draw up a play, but doesn't necessarily have the skill to be able to match the game plan to his players. And he may be right.
Think of all of the busted assignments we've seen this year. Defensively, offensive line assignments, receivers running wrong routes, etc. Maybe we need to dumb it down Lombardi style. Get ready for 20 Power Sweeps.

Likely high ankle sprain, not broken, MRI to confirm severity. He was in good spirits in the locker room, but though he was done for good when he was on the cart.
Likely 4-week IR depending on MRI.

High ankle sprain based on x-ray (Cobb thought he may have had a broken bone of some type before this), per Ian Rapoport.

That's assuming we beat them at home...
@Tschmack posted:If Rodgers defended MLF then he’s as stupid as Marty. The coaches were given a good roster but it means nothing if smartest guy in the room and pretty boy eyebrows and moron Barry don’t do their fucking jobs.
Let Rodgers retire or piss off and fire everyone else. The stink is so bad on this.
AR's refusal to realize he has to go with the young receivers is part of the problem.
How many teams in the past several seasons have had rookie receivers have terrific seasons? And that means the QBs are working with them and throwing them the f'ing football.

Possible high ankle sprain.
Good news on Cobb. He seemed rejuvenated and motivated this season.
All the negativity…

Well... this assumes the young receivers are running routes correctly and/or are creating space/creating come back opportunities on pressures...
They haven't been.
+ based on the shit shows both the Packers and Notre Dame put on this weekend, my weekends will be stress free the rest of the year. Neither team is going anywhere.
- Rodgers' contract has this team fucked for next couple of years.
@D J posted:AR's refusal to realize he has to go with the young receivers is part of the problem.
Help me understand this, who should he start throwing to more?
There’s a positive with this?
The Jets HC is one level above Bret Bielema. Or meathead level stupid. Well played.

It begins and ends with Rodgers.
And I’m done with his overrated and stupid ass.
This isn’t 2010. You run your mouth and talk shit but honesty 12 you are a joke right now?
Full disclosure I’m done with this team in 2022. I’m not wasting any more time (much like Badgers) following or watchIng this bullshit. I’ll watch a real team in Bucks that plays hard.
+ We'll most likely sweep the bears again
- I was dreaming last week when I said it was too early to be concerned
@Iowacheese posted:negatives; We didn't make a trade like this
Two first-round picks, No. 9 overall this year and a 2023 first-rounder; two second-round picks, No. 40 overall pick this year and a 2023 second-rounder, this year's fifth-round pick, tight end Noah Fant, quarterback Drew Lock and defensive end Shelby Harris.
Now I would trade 12 for a lukewarm case of Busch Lt.
Pretty sure we could be 3-3 maybe 2-4 with JLove right now and a future with high picks and young talent.
Told ya....
+++++ My bet seems in the bag 💰 YOOOOGE WIN! 💰
-------- I should have Murphy's job, because he royally sucks at it & I could do better by just showing up.
+++++ I'm making money today and not wasting time watching a shitty product on Sundays.
+++++ Niners loss to Atlanta makes me smile
See??? Positives.

You da man Boris. 👏 👍🏻 ❤️
Won’t see me post anymore with these fake ass underachieving morons including 12. Fuck them all
Why is 12 lining up pretty much exclusively in the shotgun? I would like to see him under center and letting AJ run down hill as opposed from a dead run.
@SteveLuke posted:Especially on 3rd and 1.
Makes no sense.
I see AJ a lot like Lacy where he had to have a head of steam to be more effective
Ok, so, KC losing to the Bills at home!!!! Oh and a INT by a boyfriend on the last drive. 😳 😳 😳. Do the Chiefs feel worse then the Packers??

Hey Feyda won’t happen

Both our daughters made state and advanced to sweet 16 in tennis this week, Youngest kid is freshman and not many 9th graders get there. I had an amazing week.
Badgers and Packers mean little to me compared to that albeit one of them likes UW despite their shit football program.
Congratulations to the daughters.
I was just having a little fun with what amounts to an "I'm leaving" post. We haven't had a good one of those in a while.
@Packy posted:If Rodgers wasn’t coming off back to back MVP seasons I think we’d make the trade. In a way, his MVP last season screwed us. Mgmt wasn’t expecting that.
I was, and so were others who saw the writing in the wall. AR should have been traded, we're not going anywhere with this offense. We could have seen if Love was worth a shit, and drafted accordingly next year. If this is all in, we're fucked. The train has left, and we missed it. At least we're looking at a possible first pick in the draft next season
