Just win em all...bigger statement
@TyDunne: No Golden Tate (Lions), no M.D. Jennings (Bears) and no word if Lance Easley will be an honorary captain in the Week 1 opener.
@howiemag: 12th Man flag raised by Lance Easley?
Bring it on. Nothing would shut Petey and the Hags up more then a week 1 beatdown.
A healthy CMIII, Hayward, Rodgers, Bulaga, Datone Jones and a motivated Peppers? I like those chances.
Now I'm really ready for the season. Can't wait to spoil Seattle's little celebration
@TomSilverstein: Source says #Packers will play #Falcons on Monday night Dec. 8.
Can't wait for Mike Smith's post-game presser.

Again, 2 Thursday night games?
And within a month of each other.
thanks obama
NFL trying to load up on the short week injuries to the Packers. Buffalo Dec 16, NO Oct 26th.
I know the NFL wishes the could just have Green Bay Packers night football every Thursday but the other teams would protest.
It is 2 Thursdays
WHo is playing the third Thursday in Novemberya
Sorry was busy reading the new Dirkle Smut book
Seems like every year the opening several weeks are brutal. This year they get 3 of the first 4 on the road against SEA, CHI and Detoilet with what should be an ass-whipping of the Jets mixed in. Then they have another Thursday game to follow that. At least it's against the Queens. 4 of the first 6 are on the road. Come out of the first half with a winning record and they're in good shape.
I like the bye at week 8.
The stretch between the Vikings games, might be the key to the season?
A week 9 bye? Can't ask for much better placement then that.
.
Love that the bye game is half way between the season.....

I'm hoping they stretch more than once.
.
Just talked my Sconnie brothers into a Buc roadie December 21st.
Effin bullschit man...NFL loves giving the Packers one of the toughest games possible week 1.
I'm excited about it. We'll get to see how much better the defense and OL are in week 1.
9 noon games as well. Granted yes some might get flexed. But MM loves his noon schedules. Claims Packers practice their best in those weeks. Packers close out the season with a lot of them
may get two games this year, Miami and TAmpa. Definitely Tampa-Late in the season, the Bucs will be tanking again-half the stadium or more will be Packer fans...
I don't see the two Thursday night games as a big deal. The first one is coming off of a preseason game. Most of the starters and key backups will be in street clothes for the game that comes before it. Those games are only killers when you play a football game the Sunday before.
The NFL announced the complete regular-season schedule on Wednesday evening, and the Packers face a stiff opening test against the Seahawks, who are nearly unbeatable at home with a 17-1 record over the past two years.
“It’s a tremendous opportunity for our football team," said Packers coach Mike McCarthy in a statement released by the team. "We have experience playing in the kickoff opener three years ago, and we will draw on that. Obviously, being the visiting team this time presents new challenges. It will help sharpen our focus even more during training camp and the preseason.”
Just five of the Packers’ 16 opponents qualified for the playoffs last season, with 2013 division winners Philadelphia, Carolina and New England coming to Lambeau Field, and the Packers traveling to play at Seattle and New Orleans.
The Packers have their bye near the middle of the season during Week 9, which falls on Nov. 2.
“Ideally, that’s how you draw it up," said McCarthy. "It will be a great time to re-evaluate and re-charge heading into November and December football.”
What's with the home game times?? I have a grandson who has to go to school the next morning, so Sunday second game times are out because of distance. Carolina is at noon but is listed as a "flex," as quite a few seem to be. $o, at the mercy of whoever decide$ to leave it at noon...or not. I avoid November and December because now that I'm a senior citizen I can't handle the cold very well any more.
So many "flex" games don't strike me as very considerate since people have to make plans so far in advance. Yeah, what's a few hours later, unless you're trying to book flights, etc. /rant.
Thanksgiving:
Bears/Lions
Eagles/Boys
Hawks/49er's
GOD BLESS AMERICA (and thanks Obama)
Odd that they didn't put an AFC team on the CBS slot. They haven't covered an all-NFC matchup since 1993.

You're sexy when you're angry.
The gold pkg finally gets a Viking game and it is on a Thursday night.
More importantly what game is the Bert retirement ceremony scheduled?
