Non-Packer Sunday: The Other Games

Suh will sign with the Bears next year, so one of my most hated players will be with a team I hate much more. That's a good deal, I guess.

I think Suh has all the makings of a Dan Snyder signing.

The Bears will have to make a big splash move in free agency with how horrible they've been. If Trestman and Emery both stick around (and a lot of people think they will), they will basically be forced to sign Suh.

I would love to see that!

The Jets Vikings game is riveting

There's a 0% chance he returns to Detroit. If he doesn't go to Chicago, it will be one of the New York teams.

Well, the good thing about New Orleans losing today is that it gives the Falcons a nice cushion for tomorrow. Even after they lose tomorrow night, they still will be in first place in their division.

of course, that's the game that convinced even the Packer coaches that AJ Hawk was a liability. 

That was their "Save our Season" game. The Packers were coming to town, and they were going to turn their whole season around with a big win on national television. They got their big win, they just haven't shown up since then.

Looking at the schedule for this week, I figured the only 'good' game this week was Philly/Seahawks. (Go Philly!) The others looked like they would fall as most thought they would.

But the biggest surprise is Carolina/Saints. The wheels have really come off in Nawlins, and did so pretty quickly. Tsk.

A Minnesota win would put the Bores back in the cellar.

 

I have Bengals/Steelers locally as AFC game. It's a pretty tight game, and both teams looked fairly evenly matched. If only Cincy had a real QB...

 

Dolphins/Ravens may be a good game, too. Would like to see Miami win that one!

 

The Browns/Colts game is really good. Cleveland's defense is really flying around the field today.

Suh will under-achieve anywhere he may go. At this point in his career, he should be playing his best football, refining his skills and techniques, studying opponents and the like. Instead, he's just a fat, lazy, stupid turd.

I'd like to see him go to the AFC, maybe with the Titans or some other team locked in mediocrity. Just as far away from us as he can get.

Obviously an AFC team would be ideal, I'd just be shocked if he doesn't wind up in Chicago.

Yep, forgot that game, Pack-Man. Cleveland is surprising, and just like the Bengals, if they had a real QB, they'd be dangerous. Can't believe how inconsistent the Colts are this year.

Cincinnati/Pittsburgh games is a good game.  Good thing I got the game today in my area.

Our former PS WR is doing a pretty decent job for that dumpster fire of a franchise at least.

The Rams are going to be a darned good team if they can find a QB worth a crap. Maybe the browns also.

Rams with back to back shutouts. If they were in the NFC south they'd be running away with the division.

LA is going to be getting a pretty good Rams team next year.

Why is Drew Brees in a 38-3 game with 9 minutes left  in the 4th quarter? Because Sean Payton (and Brees) is a STAT WHORE!!  A STAT WHORE!!!! A STAT WHORE!!!!

 

There's absolutely no reason to keep him in the game in a blowout.  But Seany has to make sure Brees' numbers are a little better than they should be.  I don't wish for players to get hurt, but.....
