That my friends was a great day

It ranks #2 on my list of great moments in Viking history behind Favre "snatching defeat from the jaws of victory" NFC championship interception against the Saints.

I loved BrINT's meltdown, but I expected the Saints to win that game; and even if the Queens did win, I thought there was no chance they'd beat the Colts in the SB. I was stunned to see that 1998 team blow it against the Falcons, though. '98, '00 and '09 were all big time laughs ('87 and the four Super Bowls were before my time, but they're all stil pretty funny on tape, too), I can't imagine how they will top themselves next time around.

Gotta disagree here.  Two of those teams will have something to play for, and the Rams are not a team anyone should be looking forward to playing right now.

It's a damn shame, too. They were easily the best team in that division, even with (in spite of?) Carson Palmer.

I thought Stanton would be better prepared to man the helm, but he's crapping his pants big time.

Here's yet another team in need of a real QB. Seems to be a recurring theme throughout the league.
