Hoyer is just garbage. What can they lose by starting Manziel at this point? Barring a miracle drive to get a FG attempt, they need to make a change.
Bridgewater is better than Ponder but doesn't have the arm or accuracy to be any better than average.
The Vikings have spent two first rounders to try to find a QB and end up With Pondwater.

Self respect?

It ranks #2 on my list of great moments in Viking history behind Favre "snatching defeat from the jaws of victory" NFC championship interception against the Saints.
Yeah, I was doing the Dirty Bird after that game.
Antonio Freeman's miracle catch on MNF was great also.
I loved BrINT's meltdown, but I expected the Saints to win that game; and even if the Queens did win, I thought there was no chance they'd beat the Colts in the SB. I was stunned to see that 1998 team blow it against the Falcons, though. '98, '00 and '09 were all big time laughs ('87 and the four Super Bowls were before my time, but they're all stil pretty funny on tape, too), I can't imagine how they will top themselves next time around.
Never a bad day when this happens:
@Rich_Campbell: B***s officially eliminated from playoff contention: http://t.co/Xpct4ERF4u
How classic is this:
@nwagoner: BTW, today's Rams coin toss captains were the six active roster players the team acquired using picks from the 2012 RG3 trade.

Oakland ahead of Niners in 2nd quarter. Harbaugh getting closer to Ann Arbor?
Arizona won't even make the playoffs. They'll get killed by the Rams next week.
Packers need to win out or will eventually need to go to Seattle in playoffs. Cards in free fall..

Or Oakland?
Seattle's last difficult game is today. Even if they don't win today, they'll win their last 3 (49ers at home, Arizona on the road and Rams at home).

Chicago? (Please?)
Hawks D is back, they will be tough anywhere.
The Pack would roll them at Lambeau, no doubt about it. I'm not worried too much about Seattle, my main concern is the Packers taking care of business over these last 4.
But there O is out to lunch, at least today. Beagles making sack after sack.

Gotta disagree here. Two of those teams will have something to play for, and the Rams are not a team anyone should be looking forward to playing right now.

It's a damn shame, too. They were easily the best team in that division, even with (in spite of?) Carson Palmer.
I thought Stanton would be better prepared to man the helm, but he's crapping his pants big time.
Here's yet another team in need of a real QB. Seems to be a recurring theme throughout the league.
Palmer was playing fairly well. They would have won the division if he was still around.
Manning apparently not having trouble vs Bills defense...blueprint?

What outcome of the Philly / Seattle game helps us the most?
I would assume an iggles win as we have the head to head against them and the more hawks loses the better

Seattle loss, we beat Philly if it comes down to that
I want Philly to win for a couple of reasons. I think we beat them at their place or Lambeau. Not so certain about having to go to Seattle if it came down to it.
Wilson with a chuck and prayer answered by a 44 yard PI call to get them off the goal line. 3 plays later...TD to go back up 10
Seahawks get a 45 yard pass interference call. Nice play To have in your play book.
the seahawks should have been put away while struggling earlier, they are scary as they start to come together down the stretch, man that wilson is slippery
