That was clearly a fumble.

Looked to me that he didn't clearly lose possession until he rolled over and by then he has to be down by contact no?  There was a similar play in the Iggle/Hawks game, I admit I could be clouded by the fact that wanted Cards to lose.

Smith is a terrible QB.

Terrible OL, and his receivers are garbage. You can win with him, he's not a Colin Kaepernick or Brian Hoyer (guys who do less with more). The 49ers would still be in contention for the NFC West right now if they had kept him.

SF just about sealed their fate today. I can't see them making up 2 games with 3 to go. Ditto for winning NFCW--they will have to depend on a wild-card slot, and they're too far behind most currently eligible teams.

It's hard to imagine Eagles winning another game with Dirty Sanchez at QB, though. I did hear Piss-n-Boots say Philly won their previous matchup vs Cowboys, so they can control their own destiny within the NFCE. Lose next week and they will be watching the playoffs with the Niners.

Next week's games should be good.

SF at Seattle

DallAss at Philly.

Vikes are at Detroit. Hard to expect a win for them, though.

AZ goes to St. Louis. If they can somehow win, it would just about force Seattle to play on the road every week, assuming they make the playoffs.

@Packerpedia: Next opponent #Bills held Peyton Manning under 200 yds w/ 0 TD & 2 INT. Longtime personnel man Bill Polian: "They're tough and resourceful."

@ChrisWesseling: Last week, Peyton Manning had his lowest completion % in 5 years. This week, he has his lowest QB rating in 6 years.

Peyton not looking so good the past few weeks. And it's not even very cold yet.
