I think weβre actually gaining traction on the idea.
As a team, I donβt care if itβs Miami or Carolina or someone else. There is no way you trade for Watson with all of legal and criminal issues pending.
On the other hand, the Texans could have dealt him before the season, gotten multiple picks and still tanked in 2021 without having to pay his salary.
Houston has officially replaced Detroit as the worst run team in the NFL. They might be one of the worst run teams in all of professional sports.
A lot of people here wanted the Packers to go "all in" and sign JJ Watt. Apparently they tried to get him but for less money.
Bullet dodged.
Wonder if Gute stands pat with what he's got at TE or if they look to upgrade before the deadline. Seems like Njoku or Engram are probably destined for the block.
Redskins have a guy that was a 3rd round pick a few years ago. He's never active on game day. Maybe they would trade him to GB?
Packers have a 270 pound TE on the practice squad.
Have not been impressed too much with DeGuara so far although it's really his rookie season. But I guess he graded pretty well yesterday, especially in blocking. He lined up wrong at end of game to cause GB to take a delay penalty. But I think he'll get his shot to be a pass catcher with Bobby done for the season. Wouldn't mind them scouring other teams for a vet pass catching TE.
I was surprised both DeGuara and Dafney graded out as high as they did last night. Kaufusi is an interesting prospect. A 30 year old converted defensive end drafted in the 3rd? Seems like they have plenty guys that can block, does #12 trust any of them enough to regularly throw them passes?
He loves Lewis.
They need a pass catching TE that can go down the seam. Too bad Ertz was traded a couple weeks ago.

Ingram from Giants?

What the fuck dude, is it 1983? Got any of my old soccer clippings?
Iβll check my bird cage for any of your old clippings
Engram of the Giants is more than a bit of a head case. Pass.
Jesus, how old is you bird 'Peak?
Iβm scared to askβ¦

It's bad enough he posts that drivel but to post it twice? JFC on a cracker.
Donβt see the Rams trading in season to the Packers.
I love that some of the obsessive mental midgets on this board bitch about newspapers and double posting of images rather than offer their thoughts about whether DeSean Jackson would or would not be an Andre Rison-like addition to the roster at this point.
Get back to your box wine.
He would not.
Now that that's settled, could we get back to the age of Pikes' bird?
I donβt see GB making any deal at the trade deadline. Theyβll need to make a few roster moves with Bobby and Kylie done for the season. So the most I see them doing is grabbing a player or two off of another teamβs PS and/or adding a couple players to their own PS as backfill.
Side note: donβt know his health, but Tyler Ervin is available. Could fill the KO Returner need, and he knowβs the offense, at least plays with motion/jet sweep.

You calling someone a mental midget is like Rosie OβDonnell calling someone fat.
You are a plagiarizing simpleton . You are an embarrassment to educators. You are a thief who steals taxpayer dollars by sitting on his ass the entire school day surfing the internet for banal Packer news written by high school sophomore-level writers. You work for a corrupt union that would protect your right to be incompetent and completely useless to your students The fact that you spend all day here as opposed to actually teaching is actually a positiveβevery moment here is a moment youβre not poisoning our next generation with stupidity . You are the patron saint of the 50% of posters here who are below average in intelligence.
You are a sad little knucklehead who measures his self-esteem by the βscoreβ that his stupid βlikesβ gain him in points on anonymous fan site. You have been asked by the owners of this site to stop with the incessant βlikesβ yet you ignore their requests
You donβt even fucking know when Thanksgiving is and your wife thinks youβre a sad failure in both life and your marriage ( last thing was just an educated guess). Finally, you have me on ignore, but somehow youβre reading this and getting agitated. You are a humorless bore.
Like that, bitch.

Not Packer people. Good enough for you? Or should I just post what someone else wrote why he is not a good fit for the Packers and call it my own?
Iβm glad I didnβt draw the ire of a certain BK!
As for Jackson, I still canβt get past that 2004 HS All American game where he flipped and fumbled and lost a TD in the process. Thatβs next level dumbfuckery and itβs not the first nor the last time he did stupid shit on the field.
Maybe you put up with that when heβs in his prime, but the guy is 35? 36? The fact the Rams are kicking him to the curb tells you what they think of his ability.

Ward, Aren't you being a little hard on the Beaver?
And for BK, I was just watching an obscure old movie called The Lady Confesses in which Ward Cleaver plays one of the prime murder suspects.

This is the point that wins the argument.
If DJax ain't happy with his role (which is pretty well limited to deep shots at this point in his career) while playing for the 6-1 Rams in a stadium 20 minutes from where he went to high school, the chances he will be happy in GB are close to nil.
This is not an old vet wanting out of a 2-5 Philly team going nowhere, this is a guy the Rams are willing to let go because his displeasure with his role is greater than his contributions to the team.
If Jackson gets released and our only deep threat MVS is not able to return to form due to the hammy, perhaps a call to Jackson might be placed later in the year.
Now, just because Jackson is not worth it, that should not prevent the FRONT OFFICE/GUTE from adding talent before the Tuesday trade deadline -- we know Tampa Bay will be looking to do so.
Calvin Ridley βstepping away from footballβ is big in Atlanta. That theyβre going nowhere means theyβll likely just elevate a practice squad guy.
No to Jackson. Dude is a locker room disaster.
I've read some brutal takedowns in my day, but dayum!
You can pretty much kiss the Titans season goodbye..
Titansβ RB Derrick Henry suffered a potentially season-ending foot injury during Sundayβs 34-31 win over Indianapolis, sources reported ESPN. Henry is undergoing an MRI today to determine the full extent of the damage.
