This was always my concern. It's not that certain aspects can't be coached up but when it starts getting hairy those bad instincts always seem to come out.

Watching some of these guys jog around you wonder if they know they're already cut.

Gotta have a clue I'd imagine just by looking around the locker room and sizing up the competition.

What I hate about all these preseason broadcasts is how they bring in old players or front office guys during the 2nd half and stop talking about the game in progress. We are watching to assess all the rookies and need the announcers to identify who these unknowns are making or missing the plays! Do the interviews some other time!

It is, however, fun to see people obsess about certain players not on the Packer roster.
I think Benkert has a higher floor, but a lower ceiling, than J. Love. He looks more poised under pressure right now, but I don't think he has the physical talent to make some of the throws that Love can make.
I'd kinda like to see the Packers put some points on the board, today.
I wonder who was blocking…or not blocking on that fourth down sweep?

He's also 26 and has more than one camp under his belt. That experience shows in his play.

We got some tough cuts coming at RB. I think they should keep 4 RB and go with 2 QB's.
Stash Benkert on the PS. I don't see another team taking him on their 53.

Yeah, he also had excellent coverage on that throw to the end zone earlier. To paraphrase Frank Drebbin, “yeah I know that Denmark kid, he’s the one from Belgium.”

Sternberger getting one last chance to generate some separation against a bunch of practice squad guys. That was a half-ass pass route there.
