I respectfully disagree. We'll either see Clay/Bam Bam in the middle with Hyde in the nickel and Morgan Burnett crowding the line as he has been the second half of the season, or the Big Okie package with three safeties (Burnett, Ha Ha and Richardson).

 

Hawk and Jones will see reps but only in selected packages.

That's a really interesting idea.  With the weaknesses the FG team has shown in blocking for kicks, opponents might be selling out to go after the ball rather than cover the edge guys who might leak out for a fake/pass.

Big loss for Cowboys

Would not be surprised to see Sitton and/or Lang back on the field for FG and X-pts.  It's the playoffs and they can't really afford to get it wrong anymore.

At least now we know who to blame.

DuhJuan Harris was inactive last week. leaving the KR duties to Hyde.  I don't believe he had an opportunity to bring one out though.

I believe I saw somewhere that Lang was back in, With Sitton's injury they probably don't want to chance aggravating it.

Why doesn't the NFL allow teams to expand the active game-day roster for play-offs?  Maybe make it a 55 player active roster?

 

Since all teams are banged up and the NFL wants to see good football for the playoffs, this would assuage the fears of not having proper depth at key positions for teams.

 

It might also help with player injuries and safety, too.

I agree with Esox, Detroit wins this game. Bad Playoff Tony emerges once again. Suh stomps on Murray and has a great game after the poor one at GB.  Packer fans are going to be glad he was not suspended after the Lions take down the Boys.  We will play Carolina next week.

Stafford 0-17 on the road vs winning teams. That's not a trend. That's a physical law.

Why can't they use nickel with Dix and Burnett and maybe Hyde in there?  Those guys have tackled pretty well and can also cover.  Tons of options for Dom.

I think Dallas is in deep trouble if they have to play GB.   That D sucks and if they try to match points with the Packers Romo will have another nightmare (turnover) game

Detroit has at least a 50/50 chance of winning now that Suh is cleared to play. 

Stafford has been terrible on the road but Dallas isn't GB- it's indoors and it's not like the Cowboys have been playing well at home.  Had Stafford not missed some easy throws the game against GB may have turned out differently.

Suh is important to the Lions D, but I think Levy is even more important.  I was very impressed at his level of play - he's the glue of that D a la Bobby Wagner for Seattle.

Yep, he picked up a nice little feeder calf at an Amish farm just outside Bonduel yesterday.

Should be ready for sale at the Shawano County Fair Labor Day weekend 2015.
