I believe based on rules it was right call. But damn I don't get it. 3 full steps with control and it's overturned.

I think there was a bobble before full possession, then fall and bounce out. If he snags that ball and there's no motion before hitting the ground I think the call stands.
Edit: I'm wrong, the whole motion of the catch was progressive fall to the ground, not an advance of the ball. But I do think the bobble seals the call.
This was always coming down to Green Bay and Seattle.
I thought Bryant pretty clearly used the ground to gain possession. Excellent challenge by MM.

Hands on it, it failed around... he kinda grabbed it as he fell... hit the ground and it touched the ground as his hands lost it again.
