Live by the refs die by the refs.......no team should ever feel comfortable in a close game....

Every week, every play is a crap shoot and any and all plays are open to the weekly interpretation.   Get ahead big, hold the lead and ya got no probs.

No, Owens is a rocket scientist compared to Bryant. Owens just had a serious attitude problem, Bryant is flat out stupid.

Aikman doesn't bother me as much as Buck. Buck is annoying to me. I don't blame Aikman for being biased, how could he not. If I had a HOF career with 1 team I seriously doubt I could be unbiased. To his credit I think he tries hard not to be, he says things every once in a while that lets you know he is still a Cowboy fan though.

Just in case no one has posted the NFL rule on a completed catch...

If the player loses the ball while simultaneously touching both feet or any part of his body other than his hands to the ground, or if there is any doubt that the acts were simultaneous, it is not a catch.

Buck comments on how quiet the stadium is when Green Bay has the ball.

Aikmen comments on how Dallas has quieted the fans...while Green Bay has the ball.

Representative of knee-jerk posts during the game. Posted in what, the second quarter? Amazing how we won , huh?

Hope they enjoy whining about that all offseason

They're still saying Jerry Kramer jumped the snap on Bart's sneak.

I was saddened to see Atlant fire Mike Smith.

Me too. Not as saddened as the fantastic run of Trestman and Emery coming to a premature end, but it is still painful in it's own right.

I think he challenged based on the way the ball fluttered off of Romo's hand.  That made it look like it had been tipped.

We won't do it, but I've had the thought that we may have to disallow any links/references to that troll Skippy this week.  He's not upset - he's thrilled with the material he's been given to work with all week.

He still would have tried to make a case for the Cowboys being the better team even if they had lost 40-0, it's just what Skip Bayless does. He plays a clown on TV and says things that get people angry/talking. As you said, he's thrilled about the call. Sports journalists are all pretty bad, but he really takes the cake. If not for his clown act, he'd be covering high school football in some dusty little town in West Texas.

The guy knows what he's doing to get viewers. He's probably happy Dallas lost...gives him more ridiculous takes to spew out to get viewers. The last tweet was just a teaser for the crap he'll spew tomorrow. "Worst call since Tuck rule" lol

Not true. Unless he took steps, which he didn't.  You still have to maintain control all the way until hitting and even after hitting the ground.  A pass play is not like a running play where you only have to break the plane of the goal. That is why the pass was incomplete. Breaking the plane of the goal has no bearing.

If Bryant is able to extend the ball across the line its a strong argument that's the "football move to complete the catch"

Its the tuck tuck rule all over again. Brady fumbled. Dez caught it. Refs called the play as the rule is written. Its a crazy rule that needs to be simplified.
