Doubt he gets it or wants it. The Jets are just a quagmire of ineptitude. They are going thru the Rolodex of anybody out there who is dumb enough to take that job, it is a career killer.

Heâs talking with Jerry

Unless you know what the plan is with AR, how you can you take the job? Are you going to be put in charge of rebuild and get 2-3 years to clear the cap garbage and reset? Or, is AR coming back and are you expected to compete for a playoffs spot in 2025?
They are a completely different job description.
Robert Saleh and Hafley worked together this year. I would guess he will advise Hafley to stay away from one of the worst run franchises in sports.
Also, if Hafley wants to win a Super Bowl, his chances are much better in GB.
Does Policy have to give Hafley a raise now? Jeff could definitely use this as leverage.
I hope Hafley stays as he started something good this year with the D, but if he leaves there are plenty of good DCs out there that would come to GB.

1 year as DC....I sure hope he sticks around for at least 2 more years. Flipping coaches every 2 years does not create continuity.

Then again, itâs working great in Chicago ð
