Offensive line is mostly to blame. WRs also aren't nearly as good as some people imagine them to be. Rodgers makes them shine.

Detroilet is really this team's only old fashioned rival these days. Even though the Packers win 95% of the time, it's the only matchup that has any nastiness. Games with the Vikings and Bears are mostly just another game on the field, the fans are the only thing making them rivalries.

We really don't know about Perry since he has barely played. Can he play a whole season and make plays for that whole season? Unknown, as he has fresh legs right now so it is easy to proclaim him something great but no one can actually claim anything about him either way.
Not defending Capers, but the talent isn't that great, just that AR makes the entire team, and the organization too, look far better than what they are. MM has a lot to answer for as HC, IMHO, since AR went out with the injury. Wonder what TT is thinking on that subject?
