There is nothing so great as listening to a frustrated Paul Allen after a big loss by the vikings! All that, after Brent went to the vikings, and all vikings fans could talk about was how they were going to the Superbowl! Such a tradition--OF LOSING!!! SKOL!!! It was fitting that Brent's last pass, as a Viking QB, was that INT.

Loved listening to Ed O'Bradovich and Doug Buffone post-game after the Bears got smoked by the Packers.
Nothing but respect for Doug, but I hope he turns ten times around in his grave every season, (minimum), from now until the the end of time.  Or, until the NFL goes full flag football, in which case I expect he'll spontaneously combust.

Maybe the two of you can run an Oklahoma drill.

I saw Okoye run the Oklahoma drill when he was with the KC Chiefs and they had their training camp at UW-River Falls. He went up against a LB named Lockett(?). Lockett stood tough and hit Okoye hard. Okoye kinda smiled at him and brushed it off. One of the highlights of camp were those drills.

Nate Stanley. What a bum. How was he still on an NFL roster?

OK, it's the Vikings so it's an "NFL roster".

Probably a good thing, for Stanley. He wasn't a bad QB, at Iowa. He never saw the light of day, on the turf, behind Kark. Overrated and over paid as Kark is, no middling QB was going to fare well in Minnesota, with that organization and those fans. Breathe the free air, again, Nate Stanley! He'll get picked up by a team that needs a backup QB.

On Twitter, a viking fan berated me when I asked when the Packers are going to exact revenge, on the vikings, for Barr injuring Rodgers.  Barr had to take two steps to get to Rodgers, after the ball was thrown, to tackle him and drive his shoulder into the turf.  I argued it was a late hit. My family tree was called all sorts of names. Typical, for pathetic viking fans. I guess 50+ years of never winning anything, will do that to a fan base.

Tundra, please don't understate the Queens' record of futility, as they (and their whiny fans) now have 60+ years of futility to look back on.

OK, who's gonna break the news to this dummy?

“At our stadium, we should never, ever see the other team’s colors in the stands,” said O’Connell. “I don’t want to see any green, I don’t want to see any yellow, at U.S. Bank Stadium on Sept. 11.”

The Packers should be giving all those purple wearing morons fits, when week one ends.  Sound like O'Connell is vying to be Zimmer 2.0.

Nice to not hear any gloating from the west side of the St Croix River, after the vikings lost their preseason game to the Raiders. One viking fan noted that they have no back up QB, to rely on, if Kark goes down. It's nice to know that the Packers are in better hands, with Love, than the vikings are, with Mannion, running their respective offenses.
