Rodgers. Holy ****, bruh.
Receivers. Especially Cobb. We all knew how good Jordy could be. But Cobb finally broke out today.
Pass blocking. Rodgers could've had tea parties back there today. Very nice.
Takeaways. FINALLY! Talent in the secondary finally making it's presence known.
-
Defense. Gave up 500 yards. That's awful. Not going to win many games playing they way the Packers did defensively today.
+
passing game/pass protection. Simply dominant.
Brandon Marshall. Thanks for the drop and the wrong route on Shields' pick, idot.
-
Run blocking. Turribul. Linsley's penalties were also not good.
defensive team speed in general. They're generally just slow, sans Shields, Tramon, Dix and maybe Matthews.
Lattimore. Anyone can make plays unblocked but he was getting owned even by wideouts.

This.
It's a great concern. BUT
I will still take kicking the Bear's ass in their house!!
Here come the 670 callers!
First caller to The Score:
(Drunk) "Today, I'm gonna talk about intestial fortitude."
Is this Buffone guy always this drunk? These guys are a riot.
+ Aaron Rodgers, Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, Sam Shields (hands and legs), Ha Ha and Clay. Pass protection. Richard Rodgers with a couple nice catches, showing some big play ability.
- Run defense, Eddie Lacy, run blocking, Dom Capers. 496 yards given up.
- the refs in this game should be embarrassed, and so should the NFL.
Big win, but a lot of things that really need to be fixed--and fast. Jay Cutler always gives us gifts, and today was no different. Otherwise, this is a much closer game.
Can I get a link to the score please? The link I'm using is getting me some hospital commercial first.
NM, I got it now.
Defense. Gave up 500 yards. That's awful. Not going to win many games playing they way the Packers did defensively today.
On the flip side....they somehow held the Bears under 20 points despite all of this. That's impressive in a weird way. Didnt force a punt, couldn't stop the run or the pass. Those Cutler INT's are a dream from heaven
Biggest thing today was time for Aaron.
We also had receivers getting open and AR seeing them. We had the receivers making plays. TOP didn't matter. We used rotation to keep the D fresh, and quick O keeping the D from doing what they wanted to do.
When executed well, this is the new Green Bay Packers.
Is this Buffone guy always this drunk? These guys are a riot.
Buffone is an "expert". Never won a thing and played on a 1-13 team. And yeah...he's always drunk.
Old school.
@JeffAshPG: #Packers' Cobb, Nelson each 100+ receiving yards, 2 TDs. Last time: Carroll Dale, Boyd Dowler in 45-28 win over Cardinals on 12/21/1969.

AR
Cobb
Jordy
Pass protection was pretty good.
Offense other than the running game.
Cutler
-
Bears 265 yards rushing.
Packers 56 yards rushing
Packer defense in general, other than a couple of timely turnovers. Held the Bears scoreless in the second half but still a pretty miserable performance.
+
Rodgers and O got their mojo back
Packers D got 3 picks
Crosby 53yd FG
Pennel sighting in 4th qtr
No punts
-
No punts
Run D- no answer
Pass D no answer for Bears TE Bennet

Jay Cutler and Da Bears still suck!
I am thoroughly enjoying listening to these clowns on the radio.
I remember Carroll Dale
Old school.

Awesome! I was kinda wondering about that... thanks for the update cuq!
Rodgers said it best. R-E-L-A-X. TBSS. Hawks helmet came off on every tackle, does it matter, **** no. A lot of the young guys got a chance to play. This will help them in the long run.

Game ball to Oline.
Defense sucked, but possibly the most good plays I've seen from Hawk in a game. Most of the game he was playing backwards, but a few meaningful plays today. Huzzah Mr. Hawk, you looked passable on a horrible, no good defensive day.
May did Peppers leave a lot of tackles on the field. Lattimore did not look strong. Clay didn't do much of anything other than catch a ball handed to him.
Datone Jones made one play.
Jay being Jay
McCarthy only knows how to call plays for Lacy with Flynn under center. Did Starks see the field?
Again, game ball to the oline for pass blocking like a boss.
Still worried about Ginger not getting any work, this may impact his next couple games.
The Score:
Ed: "I know Cutler's not perfect----he can be a jerk-face sometimes."
Geez, two hat tips to McCarthy so far, one with an "actually" qualifier.
I love listening to Buffone and O'Bradovich, but they got nothin on this place in terms of derp entertainment.
Kudos to Hawk?
I counted 4 "Meaningful" plays. A season high.
Still a lot of backpeddling and jumping on the pile, but give credit where credit is due. He also captained the defense by setting the formations to only allow like like 500 yards of offense.
Capers was on a superbowl team!
Defense is clearly a problem.
Tressman out-coached himself...put too much faith in Vuh-jay-jay. Shoulda kept feeding Forte the rock.
Thankfully Bores D was more pathetic and AR12 was able to do what he do.
Lattimore is epically better than Jones.
or you could say they only forced 3 turnovers against Jay Cutler
Defense was a dumpster fire today after showing signs for optimism in the previous 6 quarters.
Passing offense was terrific but I wouldn't get too excited yet. Rodgers had more time in this game than in recent memory which I attribute more to a lousy Chicago pass rush than stellar line play, although you do have to give the OL credit. Also receivers were running wide open versus the depleted Bear secondary. Cobb excelled when Rodgers had time to extend the play, which is Cobby's wheelhouse, but I would prefer to see this type of performance against a good defense than whatever that was that Chicago put out there today.
Huge difference opposed to last week. We had POT. Last week we gave UP points on one of the turnovers!
The Score:
Ed: "I know Cutler's not perfect----he can be a jerk-face sometimes."
Their right tackle, Brian Beluga, he's not healthy. He's not 100%, but he played the whole game.
Wow, Brian Bulaga is set once he's done. He's got that caviar money coming.
And if Marshall actually runs the curl, it's a nice gain rather than a Shields pick (providing he didn't drop it).
The NFL a has to get a handle on the referees and penalty calling in these games, all games. There is absolutely no consistency, calls are missed and bad calls are creating no continuity.
not sure what can be done but this is getting hard to watch.
