Let's all ice some cookies and think about it...

No. From Rodgers' demeanor yesterday in answering questions, I'd say not. If he would have had some of his trademark snarky attitude, I'd say he was going to suit up. But that was not a happy guy yesterday.

I believe Rodgers thinks he's ready to play.  I believe MM thinks he's ready to play and is sending a message to TT and Dr. Kevorkian by publicly stating so....

But I don't think Rodgers will play.

Packers not expecting Aaron Rodgers to play Sunday vs Steelers unless, as one source said, "something significantly changes with doctor."

yeah this is starting to get ridiculous. It started Thanksgiving week, so its been roughly a month of this.

Suit up and play. Hes not going to break his collarbone in back to back games. I dont think its ever happened in the history of the NFL.

and if he does aggravate it, hes got 9 months to rest.

Worst thing is if Flynn has a subpar game and we lose a close one to the Steelers before beating the Bears with Rodgers. Seahawks and Niners get upset in the playoffs and we're missing the opportunity because of some bone density measurement was 0.02 microns from the recommended level.

My response is I don't give a schit. They have known for weeks that he was probably done for the regular season but just keep milking it for as much as they can for some reason. I swear, Ted should have been in charge of the CIA because at least there no one plays "information on a need to know" basis like he does.

There will be no scans taken this week. The team doctor is making most of his decision on what Rodgers is telling him...

The above was posted the other day on the Steelers Week thread, I do not watch or read the news conferences so I have no clue if it is true.  But if it is does that mean that if Mr Rodgers tells the good doc he is good to go that will be enough?  To me Rodgers is a football player, a tough football player who will do and say anything to play.

How does he go from "waking up on Friday thinking he'd be the starter" last week to basically declared out by Wednesday this week?

Whatevs, shizzlez. Wynn with Flynn.

What if a rogue meteor wiped out the rest of the  NFC ?

Then how dum would they look for holding back Rodgers ?

I know there are many Packer fans who aren't using their cranium, why not grab a piece of that extra bone and Crazy Glue it on there ? Even a Caveman could do it

So many simple solutions, can't believe TT is just sitting on his hands ( again)

The Packers knew back in September they were going to hold Aaron out, but they've just been effing with the fans because the Networks need the cash

Its a conspiracy ! This is going to mess up Christmas too, how will Santa keep his tight schedule if the Packers are holding back critical info ?

Maybe that Elf, Shefter, knows something; he's a sneaky little schit like Niedermeyer

No chance of that happening. If Santa gets behind, he'll get out his backup vehicle.
