Love the move with the kicker. Free insurance policy.
Well not free, they have to pay him something. NFL rookie minimum is $795, 000. That ain't free.
What in the blue hell is Wicks doing with the D-Line guys?!?!?
Doing everything he can to make the team!
G'day mate. I'll have you over for a fair dinkum brekkie. Get here early, it's gonna be chockers!
Arrived at 9:30 and the seats were full. Got into the end zone bleachers. Team came out at 10:45
Will be anxiously awaiting your TC report Hof1991.
#Packers QB Jordan Love completed 18-30 passes for 216 yards, 4 red zone TDs and one INT vs. great Ravens defense.

Concerns of Love’s demise after Denver were greatly premature.
damn interception. needs to fix that....
Interceptions.......ok, ok, one thing I absolutely loved about #12, he did not throw them. He hated throwing them, and I loved that about him.
Check out this pic from the joint practice, looks like Lamar has a Ravens security guy running with him during his bike tour.
Kinda crazy to need muscle at this event... in case a couple of kids get out of control ?
Ahhh...Maybe its the Mom's they're afraid of
I heard he lost control of the bike doing hi fives along the way, but recovered before taking a spill.
Don't mess with Green Bay's biker gangs. Cross them and you risk noogies, wedgies and purple nurples. Of course he'd have security.
Packers should have had a sign up for the Ravens players to see as they rode to practice:
"Hope to see you in New Orleans in February"
I think it's either the Ravens or the Texans in the AFC.....possibly the Bengals. Maybe

Sounds like something made up but it's not. Maybe that security guard knows you can't trust him with toys.
By security guard you meant spotter...a bicycle spotter.

It happened. Posted on packers.com

Ravens' Lamar Jackson avoids disaster on bicycle in Green Bay
Nice observation by Tom Silverstein, from his game-day blog today:
Tom, which rookie has impressed you the most this pre-season?Tom_Silverstein: Probably Evan Williams. Bullard, too. Williams has made so many plays. Not normal for a rookie. Bullard is going to be interesting. He's tough as nails and competitive as all get out. He's a football players' football player and will add some serious toughness to their secondary.
Now there’s a kicker!!!!!
Has Gute done to the S room what he did last year to the WR and TE rooms?
When will he do it to the K room?

As I began watching the game vs the Ravens Saturday, I was cursing what preseason has become. Anybody remember the days when the starters played 3 quarters of the last PS game?
I don't advocate for that, although I'd like to see them play for a couple of series or 1 quarter, but that's another subject for discussion.
In any case, as the Ravens game went on, I started liking this new 'format'. Getting extended looks at the young guys, FAs, and others offers these guys a much better evaluation as they would get playing only a quarter or less.
The teams clearly get a lot out of the joint practices. Ravens didn't play their starters either.....and the Ravens win the pre-season games a LOT! Packers punched the bully. The Packers players said we're not letting them come in here and bully us. It was a nice response to the no show we witnessed in Denver. Good warmup for the 1st game vs. Eagles
I remember a 4 game preseason where starters played a series in the 1st game, a quarter in the 2nd game and a half in the 3rd game. I don't think we'll be sharp in Brazil.

If that is the determining factor, the Eagles have not played any starters in any preseason games! They should be rusty as a corroded nail!
The joint practices have taken the place of starters in preseason games.

The coaches like it better because the scrimmages are highly controlled and you don't have the added risk of a 5th string LB trying to make the squad by hitting at the wrong time/place and with too much fervor.
