It wasn't lack of ability. He quit and they should get rid of him. Don't need the cancer.
Well, if you see other guys not being held accountable for screwups or playing shoddy, why bust your butt? Not saying I agree, but the attitude can infect others. And he does need a mirror. This was a chance for him to be a leader and he blew it.
Everyone will be held accountable in 2018.
That includes Mike McCarthy too.
We just might see MM's best coaching job in 2018.

It was quite obvious since 2014 that Dom needed to go. Even with all the "issues" on defense, we STILL made it to the NFC CG 2 of the last 3 years. That's most likely why they kept Dom around.
Aaron Rodgers could ask for a $Billion dollars & probably get it
