Psst! Aren't we supposed to make up for some call the Packers got against the Cowboys years ago? Yeah, but how many times do we have to make up for it?

1. Meredith was intercepted on 4th down.

2. Bart Starr did score and Jerry did not false start.

3. Dez Bryant didn't complete the catch.

4. Not the Cowboys, but Jerry Rice fumbled.   NFL owes us for that one!!!! I still think we win another  Super Bowl if that was called.

My hope, or expectation for Sunday v Dallas is that we're competitive. Even if we come out of Dallas with a "L" and we're super competitive. I'm okay with that.

Exactly my take. As in that Cardinals game which we could have won without the blown facemask call.

I'm never "okay" with a loss.

If the Cowboys jump on them early, things could unravel for our heroes.

I don't expect them to quit. I expect them to be competitive. I expect them to win. Every single time they play.

I don't see how the Cowboys can cover all of the Packers receivers.  Quick throws will negate the pass rush and there will be a lot of yards after the catch.  I'm no expert, but I think the offense will dominate.  The real question is can the Packer defense hold up?

it's a fucking intriguing matchup and could go any fucking way so gaddam easily

and that's why we love it

but this is gonna be pretty damn good (I hope, cmoun)

at least I'm enjoying the ride, are you not entertained?

roll those laughing bones, I'm in

I buy what your selling.

One break either way could make a very big difference in this game. It's GB's  baby roster, cross-your-fingers-and-hope-we-don't-die defense, special teams that sometimes aren't very special, and a DC who could just as easily blow the game as save it, going against a QB known to blow big games, a pass rusher who could wreck the best game plan, and an offense that sometimes scores like a pinball machine. And still, it's hard to pick a winner...

Win or lose, it's house money, good times, and hope for the future for us GB fans. Of course, we want them to win, but what a fun season of ups and downs, finding a new QB, watching the kids grow up every week, and of course, griping on X4!

Tossup game in my view at Lambeau but unfortunately the game's not being played there. I've seen a win probability of around 25% for the Packers and that strikes me as about right. Picking the Cowboys and hoping I'm wrong as I have been repeatedly this season.

I agree that that the talent spread out among the Packers receivers could give the Cowboys fits and they have been giving up a good amount of rushing yards recently so if Jones can get going they may be in business.

But, then there is the Barry factor and if Alexander can play so he can cover Lamb.

I think its the Barry factor that will do them in.  You can't play the prevent all game against that talent all game long.

It seems JoBa is either pressure heavy (KC, Det, MN) or zoned out (NY, Carolina, TB). The key against Dallas is probably a mixture, but definitely more pressure heavy. If JoBa plays not to lose, it's going to be Dallas by a lot; JCool and the gang won't be able to keep up if forced to play catch-up.

At this point, why play him and risk aggravating the injury to his hamstring? Let him have the offseason to get healed properly with the medical staff and specialists. Melton can fill his spot, nicely. I'm so glad we have depth at WR!

I think our OL will be fine, overall. If there is pressure from Parsons, et. al., I think it will be more from the A gaps. Elgton, Myers and Runyon/Rhyan had better be ready to block. So should our RBs/FBs lined up near Love. I think our D shows up, again and stymies Dak, somewhat. It's our STs that has me worried, more than anything.

Walker and Tom can handle Parsons, even if it takes Kraft helping out.  I'm more concerned with him up the middle vs Meyers or Runyan.

But with AJ and these receivers playing the way they are, they should be able to score a healthy amount of points.  However their redzone efficiency is not on par with their between-the-20's effectiveness.  Love is due for a pick.

I don't see them getting blown out unless a lot of flukey things happen.  A few good bounces and they can win this.  All things equal, I expect a close loss.

Parsons: Run right at him.

He got progressively tired and became hesitant to rush Brock Purdy. Parsons had 4 total tackles and 0 sacks against SF.

If the Packers can replicate that formula, it enhances their chances of stopping him.

I know everyone is barking about the youngest team to make the playoffs, ever.  But along with that comes the fact that you had a 4x MVP QB and a team in the NFCCG two years ago.  And today, with a completely new QB, WR's TE's and a couple OL and you're back in the playoffs and the offense looks even better?  I don't think I'm exaggerating in saying it's hard to believe.

I'm not sure Packers fans can get any more spoiled than we are right now.

Just focusing on the WR's.  In two drafts, Gute took probably the oldest and one of the slowest WR corps in the NFL and flipped it into what we currently have.  I remember a lot of kvetching (around here also) by fans about how they needed to add a vet to the WR room, and how "negligent" it was to surround Love with the cheapest crew in the NFL for his first year starting.  All those arguments had merit at the time because you just never see a WR/TE group this young be as productive as it has been in its first season.

This is the same guy that Drafted Amari Rodgers!  Considering the 2 or 3 drafts before them, when you look at who he picked in 22 and 23, you have to wonder if he didn't sell his soul to the devil.

As much as nearly everyone complained about Gute not taking a WR in RD1 or RD2  the last several years when there were "historically deep" WR drafts and we only had Davante, he now sits on the throne of I Told You So.

Packers Enter Playoffs Without No. 1 Receiver But With No. 1 Passing Game

Those would be commercial flights. Private flights may be less restricted with take-offs/landings.

Oh, and hold him. Apparently, the NFL won't call holding calls against his blockers.
