NFL Network had a 2 hour season preview yesterday and His Cokeheadedness, Michael Irvin predicted the Vikings will win the north, Cousins will be the MVP, and Jefferson the OPOTY. And we all know Michael is never wrong!

He’s never smart. He’s never sober. But wrong? He has mastered that.

I recommend Flowmax….working well for me.

I used the generic versions with diminishing returns.

Injuries are what they are...play with the best guys we have. At this point nothing the Queens bring to the table scares me. The only advantage they have is new schemes, no film.

That lasts for about a quarter. I like our D's chances to weather the storm.

Word was the Packers wanted Z to get his back fixed in the offseason but he refused, worried he'd be cut if he did.  Instead he waited until the season started, and missed the entire year.

Not being voted captain (also telling) and then buying a big "C" chain to wear in retaliation...well I'm not sure I'm all that surprised he was a bit ostracized from the club.  In a "team first" org like the Pack that kind of stuff just isn't going to fly.

Let’s face it, every organization is “team first” and the league chews up and spits out players with no remorse. You can argue he got bad advice or was paranoid all you want, but being kicked to the curb at any opportunity is a real threat for almost every player.

Dalvin Cook, top 5 running back in the league. Justin Jefferson knocking at the door of being a top 5 receiver. Packer D will have its work cut out.

I wish for week 1 the Pack had an easier game but I’ll hope for the best.  I’d feel much better about this game if they had a couple regular season games under their belt and they were healthier.

I don’t think Minnesota is a great team but I think they’re above average and they’re at home.  Hopefully the Pack can shake off any rust they have early and keep the crowd out of it.  Once again, I just wish the Pack had more of an easier “tuneup” game before this one, but the schedule makers did them no favors.

Good grief!  Another Favre type revenge scenario.  Might have helped if he could play some last year.  Then again GB probably could not afford his contract.  Maybe line up Caleb Jones across from him?

This is why I wish the starters would play SOME in the pre-season, maybe just one game. Not at 110% but maybe 90%. Don't get hurt before it all starts but get the juices flowing a little bit.  All said its going to be a tough one.

I predict a lot of bed wetting, gloom and sadness.

Interestingly, that is also called Saturday night at Fedya’s house.*

*Sorry bud, trying out material for tonight’s game thread.

I am fine if both skip this week, but it sounds like Bakh is pushing to play.
