I was at the game the last time the Gophers beat Bucky. Some munchkin kicked a game winner and acted like they won the Super Bow. However…

Taylor and the defense are the heart and soul of this team. Hornibrook drives me crazy but what else can they do? It's not like Chryst is going to bench him and Coan isn't ready. I just hope he isn't the reason why this team falls short.
The last two weeks were the first test. They passed with flying colors. Next week and O$U are the next test. Survive and they will advance and it's anyone's ballgame.
I've been to a bunch of UW and MN games. Many at Camp Randall as pops hooked up the season tickets but several at the Dump as well. I recall the idiot kicker running to get the axe in Mpls and that was like 15 years ago. Minnesota hasn't beaten them since and it won't happen next week either.
I just want another shot at Urb after the Gary Anderson debacle. They can be beat and we owe those ****ers.

Really don't understand Cowherd's argument about Wisconsin lacking defensive players drafted in the first round.
He's saying Wisconsin has a "bunch of guys" playing team defense - but nobody that is an NFL Superstar. (1st rounder)
Only the Watt brothers were drafted in the 1st round in the last decade - he said. I haven't actually looked that up.
I understand what he said, I just don't understand how you can connect that to the quality of the overall defense. Strikes me as an argument that makes absolutely no sense.
