AP to Green Bay was most likely floated by AP's agent. Same $#!T every off-season from multiple players/agents
I seriously hope that T.T. Isn't looking at Michael/Monty as the answer. I believe in Monty, but not in Michael. I'd be happy to be wrong, but ...
Maybe with 4 months in the playbook he can learn 1 or 2 plays.
Peterson has to be stinging that there's more interest in a guy who's been retired for a year than him. A tear for him is one I shall not shed.
But you gotta feel bad for the guy
Just kidding, he did this all to himself
Yes, but it was still being reported by several sources as a possibility the day GB resigned Michael. That, is too close for my liking.

Former Washington DT Ricky Jean Francois signed a one-year, $3M deal with Packers, per source.

Versatile and solid player. Good addition. At the very least, he improves our depth.
That makes four veteran free agents signed by #Packers: Bennett, Kendricks, House, and Jean Francois. #OxfordComma

IF ONLY TED WOULD DO SOMETHINBG!!!!!!
This makes Le-dum dum Guinn (channeling Iowacheese here) expendable if the Packers choose to or they don't need his roster spot in week 5.
Good signing for the Packers.
Michael back. I like it.
Impossible, TT doesn't sign free agents.
Good addition. He'll fill Guion's spot. The suspension actually helps now b/c they'll have training camp and 4 regular season games to see how Francois, Lowry and Clark are doing and if all is good, Guion is gone. If they're struggling, Guion comes back in week 5.

Not sure how he was able to pull off these kinds of moves considering the cutoff on March 9th.
I don't think Guion is going anywhere this year. His contract was re-negotiated and I think Francois is being signed as veteran depth to take the place of Pennel.
Really solid depth now for a position that typically only trots out two guys onto the field. If Clark and Lowry build on last year's flashes, it becomes a legit strength.
I don't think the ILB is really a weakness either. Are they superstars? No, but they are very serviceable. Edge rushers, CB depth.
Bunch of mutha****ing biatches
carry on
TT sucks! Pass the Bud Lite on ice and a spliff
Don't forget Perry, Barclay, Elliott, and Michael. That makes 8 UFA signings so far for the guy who HATES free agency.

Off the meds again?
He's just drunk on box wine.
A good sign the face of the franchise is already pumped...
Aaron Rodgers: Packers fans should be excited
Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has turned R-E-L-A-X into a catchphrase of sorts over the years, but thatโs not the message heโs sending to the teamโs fans ahead of the 2017 season.
Rodgers noted how the team played offensively down the stretch last season and the additions of tight end Martellus Bennett and Lance Kendricks while sharing his optimism about his side of the ball. He thinks the team still has a little tweaking to do on the defensive side, but that thereโs plenty of reason for excitement in Green Bay.
โWe probably need a couple more pieces on defense before the season starts, but weโre going to be really tough to stop on offense,โ Rodgers said on a podcast with Evan Daniels of FOX Sports. โMike [McCarthy] has a great system there thatโs ever evolving and changing. I put my stamp on it once we get it down on paper. Itโs exciting, man. Green Bay Packers fans should be really excited about this season and the possibilities.โ
The Packers have made the playoffs in each of the last eight seasons and theyโve won at least one playoff game in each of the last three, which is a run that Rodgers called โphenomenalโ while noting that the team has to find a way to push through for his second Super Bowl of the year. Rodgers said that this would be as good a year as any to break the drought as it would mean the Packers were celebrating their title on the Vikingsโ home field.

Someone needs to tell him the offense is stale and the rest of the league has figured it out. Oh and they use 11 personnel to often. And Mike needs to RTDB. And Aaron needs to not try and be cute and TTFB. And he needs to dump his GF and make up with his family.
Interesting that he praises MM and how the system continues to evolve. Good sign about our head coach -- and an interesting take that the D still needs some "tweaks."
If the brain trust here at x4 can see that Dom Capers sucksโข, no surprise that Mensa Rodgers sees it too.
I have rewatched some Packer games from last year (just the ones we won) and I really am worried about our defense. The pass rush was seldom getting home and the CB's were quite often out of position even in games when we won. Our best and sometimes only defense has been the offense keeping the other team off the field. I blame it on the players esp. the CB's.
Painful.
Yes Aaron, we need a "couple more" pieces on the defense. They way it looks to me today, its up to the offense to score often and use up the clock. Otherwise we are stuck with the same results this year.
You needed to re-watch games from last season to be really worried about the defense?
Yes, I know. It sort of did take a while. This time I focused on the CB's.
"Otherwise we are stuck with the same result this year"
Which would mean Green Bay will have played in half the NFC Title games in the last 8 years. And who the **** knows, they might even win another Lombardi.
I'll take more of that please.
Except the part about getting absolutely boat raced by Atlanta.
I'm thinking/hoping that AR's comments and Ted's uncharacteristic TE grab mean that Mike is ready to move away from the days of 75% 11 personnel. MM has always sung the praises of the position - a former TE himself - and now he has 3 starting caliber options at his disposal.
I'd prefer some motor boating . . . cheerleaders only.

I just hope MM evolves from the "everyone go deep and don't get open" play calls when it is 3rd and 2.
I love that one. Dude driving the boat just falls over like he was shot.
Anybody have a link to the complete disaster that it represents?
On a serious note, I hope no one got hurt or killed.
