There was a great one to Finley where he actually jumped in the air while throwing and still made an easy completion. It was the year after the Super Bowl, forgot who it was against.
It's great having Bill Brasky as the Packers QB for the past 40 years.
Oh yeah.... Only one guy can build a highlight reel like this bad boy:

He had a similar one to Finley in 2009 that went for 62 yards against Minny. Favre proved too tough that day though. Probably gave him goosebumps.
SB Toss to Jennings for the TD when he got plowed by Palomarijuana and the one JJSD posted are both better than the throw to Cobb.
Step outside with a football, try sprinting to your weak side and throw the ball deep. The amazing mechanics that allowed for that throw, no other QB in the league can do it. Hell, only a couple of QBs get that pass beyond 20 yards. The Cutlers and Vicks of this world, they throw a pick.
The other two passes while amazing passes were from the pocket. Much more conventional.

Ah, but we haven't been training for years like AR.

I know. The only thing you have trained for years to develop? Masturbation, but I just can't think of a worthwhile analogy using wanking as its inspiration. Sorry.
Wrestling the bald-headed champ?

Speak for yourself.
Sorry. As great as that was, this is the greatest pass I've ever seen by a GBP QB:
3rd and long. Team is leaking oil. Pitt is ready to overtake the game and run away with it. You know the rest. The stakes don't get bigger than this throw, and it had to be millimeter-perfect. And it was.
You don't hear it much anymore, but if any idiot ever tries to trot out the 'AR isn't clutch' meme, just show them that play.
Big night for moronic memes here.
AR comments in a recent interview about this play,
"I remember that as I was lined up in the shotgun, I knew how important this play was, And I also knew that if I kept the play on, I had really only one place to go with the football that would get us the first down."
And that was to Jennings.
With the Steelers rushing only three and dropping eight into coverage, Rodgers knew he had to be precise with his throw.
"They were playing two-man with inside leverage and we had in-breaking routes, so I really knew Greg had to win against Ike Taylor and I'd have to make a really good throw, But I've made that throw a number of times and felt good about it. I was able to take a nice healthy hitch into it and put the ball where I wanted to."
"I didn't know until after the game that the ball had been slightly tipped," Rodgers said. "But that was one of the better throws of my career."
Aaron Rodgers ability to recall alignment, play called, audibles, and defensive sets years after the fact is mind blowing.
I'm kinda surprised he didn't show it sooner
One thing Rodgers really helped was masking the suck of EDS. Tolzien and Flynn, not so able.

Just because I had it on DVRâĶ.I re-watched the Packer/Falcon game from last year---EDS was so bad it made me smile..I agree completely with Hershel..Rodgers could compensateâĶBut Flynn was lucky to leave that game alive
back to the original subject and since there ain't much to talk about...
another TT gem?

Reading the Wazzu football site, eh?
Damn, you must really be desperate for reading material this time of year.
thankfully, that was forwarded from a friend.
nah, I got better things to do - like watch the Brewers implode
actually my 9 y/o's allstar baseball team tournaments are occupying most of my weekends and are a lot of fun - especially the ones that allow/have beer.
Really? Alcohol at a youth event? Wow!
Drunk adults and youth sports...it just doesn't get any better than that!
I look at it more as adults supporting and providing for a youth event and why shouldn't adults be allowed to enjoy themselves while watching their creations.
but feel free to be offended and shocked

Big Ern's blocking style, completely untouched.

I presume Tdog is in Wisconsin?

Chances are most of them were created by inbibing anyway.
Tdog
I never said I was offended. I'm not sure where you came up with that...
but my post was not a knock on you or anyone that has a chance to have a beer/wine or two at a youth sporting event. I just can't believe anyone allows it in this day and age.
out here...it'll never fly...lawsuits would be filed within hours as there would be some drunk dad yelling at the ump or coach or other parents who are telling him to shut-up...then there's fights...maybe a knife....then blood, maybe a death....
I was just amazed that in the 21st Century you can sell alcohol at a youth sporting event...that's all.
Sounds like 10 cent beer night in Cleveland.
yes alcohol + emotionally charged fathers at youth sporting events. The coaches, players, & referees would just love that!!
One of the most profitable concessions is beer. If the profits go back into the youth program what is wrong with that?
F yea...great idea... booze it up while little Johnny strikes out. And if the profits go back to the little league how bout bong hit$ at 7th inning stretch. And black jack tournaments instead of the national anthem.
It's all about the children
No worries, a good drunk with a knife will stop a bad drunk with a knife.
I hate you emotionally charged youth sports ****!!!!!

Gotta love the IC...but I don't know how I'm going to hold off until the 7th inning
I'm 100% in favor of giving the parents the choice
I'm also 100% in favor of parents making the better choice
I think peyote would be a better choice.
might be a tad too much barfing, how about Sizzurp ?
Or the obvious, extacy. Vein popping sports dads rubbing all over each other. All the gay dads laughing their asses off. It's a go.
If you idiots would just realize how convenient sniffing glue can be, you won't bother sneaking beers into kids' ballgames. No smell, no fuss, no problems - other than the occasional seizure, but those can be explained away easily.
Dumdums.
I guess I feel some pity for yaz all.
For some reason, all that goes on when people drink at these youth tournaments is absolutely nothing. well, maybe some more animated laughing conversations but that's about it.
Are all non-Wisconsin drinkers nothing but assholes when they drink? serious, question. it's done for fun here, nothing more. never seen one single altercation or anything that even comes close. all the angry drunk stuff baffles me - I just don't see it around here.
We've got the angry and vociferous Dads already, just didn't think adding ETOH to the fire would help any
You see, in WI we grew up drinking early and often and everywhere, but these pussies out here didn't have that experience - so they don't know how to handle it
( Its also why they drink Coors light)
What works in WI, may or may not work elsewhere. We've had centuries of practice with real beer - they haven't had either.
Just like Clint said: " A man's got to know his limitations"
