Bottom Line
A rangy, sure-handed possession receiver with starter-caliber, positional traits. Lacks top-end speed and strength. As a 21-year-old, third-year sophomore entering the draft early, is still growing into his body and developing core strength. Comparing favorably to a poor man's Michael Crabtree, Adams possesses very intriguing upside to be groomed.
Everyone on ESPN is gushing about this guy. McShay says he might have the best hands in the draft. Hes a 2nd round WR drafted by TT so he's already halfway to the pro bowl.
Sounds like a really solid pick. I would have taken the Indiana WR, but who am I to argue...TT's record at picking WRs is scary good.

We need lots of things. I would love to see some protection for AR or he won't have to worry about throwing to any receivers.

Agreed, but Bulaga and Sherrod are on the last year of their contracts, so maybe an OT in waiting is appropriate.

Love the Adams pick. Had a feeling they'd go WR but I was leaning towards Landry. Ted knows better though, and this guy will get plenty of opportunities to produce right away.

Which they haven't, unfortunately. Bulaga's in the last year of his contract and they declined the 5th year option on Sherrod already so an OT wouldn't surprise me at all.
does tt move up for borland or is the shoulder too much of an issue?
Would like to see GB take a smaller slot WR in the 4th or 5th. A lot of good ones still out there. Would make Johnny Z happy too.
