Packers sign C Madsen to practice squad
The Green Bay Packers have signed C Joe Madsen to the practice squad. The transaction was announced Saturday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.
Madsen, a 6-foot-3, 305-pound, first-year player out of West Virginia University, was originally signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers as a non-drafted free agent on April 27, 2013. He was released by the Steelers on Aug. 31, 2013. Madsen played for the Los Angeles KISS during the 2014 Arena Football League season, appearing in 16 games. He will wear No. 74 for the Packers.

I get the whole QB head can never be touched, but the Barrington play can someone explain what was so egregious? And I don't care if it is an offensive player or defensive player a facemask penalty is a facemask penalty and that should have drawn a flag.
Let's see Barrington "drives" Stufford into the turf in a mostly legal manner = $16large
Reggie Bush facemask whips and flips a guy into a heater on the sideline off the field of play = $8large
