They both will be hurt by October......
By running into each other?
So Boyd is Worthy of a roster spot?
Boyd can fill the void. Mark it down.

Your right - what was I thinking? (Retorical question - answer not required)
Read yesterday that Kuhn is in talks with multiple teams and GB is 1 of them.
"teams"? special teams? second and third string teams? practice squad teams? Teamsters?
The teams are talking to him about how they can stop GB's offense.
So Boyd is Worthy of a roster spot?
Jolly good pun, sir! I Neal at your feet and if I Pickett up maybe I'll give
it a try as well.
we need to be Shielded from more bad puns about the defense.

So now what? I walk a mile and I have your moccasins. What are you gonna do about it?
Green Bay West I in Minneapolis; Green Bay West II in Oakland.
The Packers have re-signed FB John Kuhn to a 1-year deal. It's expected to be worth a little more than $1 million with signing, roster and workout bonuses.
Great! I just wish TT wouldn't be such a player in FA and try D&D for once.
Kuhn's knowledge and ability are worth a cool million.
You can't help but love Kuhner, but I think it's fair to hope one of the backs picks up his pass pro and pushes Kuhn for the 3rd down role. There's still no one more capable of protecting QB12 at this point, but I'd love the element of a legit draw/receiving threat in the spot.
I'd love to see Lacy develop as a receiver. Wouldn't that freight train be great to see bearing down on a CB.
Kuhn is probably a safety valve, but he knows his role and accepts it. He deserves to stick around for a year just for that block on Peppers -- and now he can remind him of it every day in the locker room!
They need to put Kuhn and Peppers lockers next to each other.
Glad to see Kuhn come back. $1m seems about right for his special teams play and pass protection.
Crazy how 12 months ago the backfield was likely the weakest spot on this team and possibly the weakest in the NFL. Now? It's a huge strength and might be the deepest in the NFL with Lacy, Starks, Harris, Franklin and Kuhn.

Ok. I'll bite. Why is this?

Jermichael Finley expects to get tests
Updated: April 8, 2014, 6:31 PM ETESPN.com news services
Free agent tight end Jermichael Finley told ESPN's Josina Anderson he's expecting to get an X-ray on his neck Thursday and an MRI within two weeks.
Finley said his scans will then be reviewed by Dr. Joseph Maroon, the Pittsburgh Steelers team neurosurgeon who performed Finley's spinal fusion surgery last year.
The former Packers tight end's 2013 season ended after an Oct. 20 collision with Cleveland Browns safety Tashaun Gipson.
If the results are positive, Finley hopes to share them with interested teams.
Packers coach Mike McCarthy said at the NFC coaches breakfast during the owners meetings on March 26 that Green Bay is interested in bringing back Finley.
"Absolutely," McCarthy said. "Jermichael, he's going through a medical situation. He had a serious injury, I mean there's a lot of excitement, based on what I'm told. I haven't seen him work out or anything like that, but I guess his workouts have gone very well.
"He's in great shape, I know he feels good, but the reality is this injury is going to take some time and we'll continue to watch it."

What a maroon!
I would actually be surprised if Finley is back in GB, despite what McCarthy says. They seem to like Quarless and Bostick and there is always the potential for a rookie draft pick. If they get a good deal on one of the good receiving TEs then I expect them to be picked.
QB Matt Flynn, scheduled to meet with the New York Giants today, has agreed to terms offered by the âŠ#âPackers⎠to remain in Green Bay, according to NFL insider Adam Schefter
I was bored last night so watched the replay of the 2nd half of the Dallas game and the last Bear game. In both games, Quarles really played well. He had a couple of doink off his hands but also made some incredible catches. Maybe TE is not going to be such a need position after all if he has those kind of performances going forward. Maybe he and Bostic can make the position work. Not sure how he compares to the TE from Iowa or Niklas but Quarles may have finally found himself toward the end of the year. I would think most Packer fans could live with those kind of performances.
Hasn't Quarless always been considered a really good blocking TE? If he is a threat with pass catching, even though not a deep threat and with last year's change in offensive philosophy with its larger emphasis on the running game, I feel the same way.
I'd rather go S, ILB, and further beef up the o-line and have Quarless be part of a formidable run blocking unit.
Quarless is underappreciated by Packer fans IMO.
I may have to go to bat for him like I did for Kuhn back when all you dum dums were in love with Korey Hall.
