From an article on the settlement of the civil suit.

Settlements of civil cases are common. Confidentiality clauses are common, too. The ability of NFL players who are accused of wrongdoing to broker settlements that buy silence highlights the biggest flaw inherent to the league’s in-house justice system. With no subpoena power, the NFL can never get to the full and complete truth.

Whatever the truth might be.

Problem is they are one of the hardest positions to scout for the NFL.  How many of the current elite K were elite in college.  Or even the solid but unexceptional? Then how many elite college kickers don't make it in the NFL? Lots of teams are looking for K's so it's not as easy as just going to the store.  If it were, everyone would have one.

Justin Tucker's college stats.

Can you remind me again of what exactly he was found guilty of after the NFL did their investigation?

Nothing…he settled before any details/facts could be made public.  His and the accusers right.

Exactly....Accused, not found guilty and the so called "victims" seem quite happy to just take some money and GTFO.

My guess ...he "bumped" into the 2 flight attendants while having a few adult beverages & a misunderstanding ensued.

The NFL interviewed 30 different people and found no evidence of wrongdoing.

As a married man, Did he say something inappropriate to one or both the flight attendants? Probably.....did he "assault" them? Highly unlikely.....Did they just get paid for the "misunderstanding" Yup.....

Moving on and I'm happy for him making the game winning kick today.

There's nothing I can do about what may or may not happened in the past.

As a football fan, there's no choice but to believe the team and/or the league have done their due diligence.

As a Packers fan, I would welcome him and allow him the opportunity to be an exemplary  citizen. Actions are always louder than words.

Lastly, I'd bet money that if his behavior was unacceptable, alcohol was at the root of it. So, if he needs some support in controlling his intake, make sure he is willing, sincere, and enthusiastic.

Absolute dog shit snap...Whelan gets it down right where it's supposed to be, and McManus doesn't even flinch.

Watch McManus...he doesn't even alter his kick. He focuses on where the ball is supposed to be and lets it rip. That may seem simple, but it's mentally a very hard thing to do and why so few guys are able to kick in the league.

I know! I saw that shit too and was focused on the snap in real time.

Fuck the Packers long snapper. You have ONE JOB. You don't even have to worry about blocking anymore. FFS Cole Kmet can long snap for the fucking Bears. Find someone who can do it correctly. WTF is Bisaccia even doing besides collecting a fucking paycheck!🤬

why cant the center be the field goal snapper? Why does it have to be a specialist? Here he can look between his legs without having to block someone or have someone knock the crap out of him.

Packers have released Long snapper Matt Orzech.   Wonder who will take over?  Tucker Kraft?

@TomSilverstein:    The #Packers have activated DL Jonathan Ford off injured reserve/designated for return and released LS Matt Orzech. It appears this is a procedural move intended to keep Ford from going onto season-long IR and Orzech will likely be re-signed later in the week.

I can't find it now but McAfee was talking about long snappers the other day and mentioned 3 aspects to the position; snapping, protection, and coverage. He said finding one that can do all three well is rare and most teams will put up with one aspect less than great if the other two are solid. I have to imagine Orzech is exceptional at protection and coverage because his snaps have been consistently off.
