Rodgers claimed he had blisters. Okey dokey

I can buy blisters; it's not that uncommon early in the season with new cleats and it was his right foot. But if you watch closely, he has a slight limp on his left leg, which is the one he had surgery on. I'd worry a lot more about that than the blisters on the right.

That's interesting talk from a guy who's been in the league one year, and has one playoff win by beating a decimated Browns team with Flacco at QB. CJ probably thinks winning a Superb Owl is easy. Although, it beats me why Stroud is running his mouth when he doesn't have any rings. Not that I disagree with some of what he said, but do you really want to put yourself on the "I piss on HOF players" list this early in your career?

The rumored event important to AR is a golf event

From Fan Rumor:

With respect to Reddick, Rodgers’ unexcused absence is of course the much bigger story.

Many fans are left rolling their eyes wondering what exactly is happening. After all, Rodgers is the one who spoke about the importance of everyone being “all-in” and spending every waking moment focused on bettering the team.

Yet here we are with MANDATORY minicamp upon us, and Rodgers is a no-show.

Naturally, many fans are worried that Rodgers is abusing the unprecedented power that the organization giftwrapped him when they traded for him a year ago.

So when it comes to Rodgers it's,  "Do as I say, not what I do!!"

To be fair, a bunch of our vets are also missing mandatory minicamp, but LaFleur was the one who said they could take the time off because they put in the extra effort during OTA's.  So it's an excused absence from the coach.

But for Saleh to say Rodgers is unexcused, well, it means either they want him there and he decided to do something else, or Saleh is too dumb to just say he was "excused for a personal matter" or something.

This whole dumpster fire of a season that's coming for the J-E-T-S is going to be must-see TV. And a whole lot of coaches/assistants and players will lose their jobs because of it. Jeebus

Maybe this is all a ruse - Rodgers pisses off the NY media to get the "nobody believes in me" chip on his shoulder so he can then prove everyone wrong. He's actually a genius.

One thing that is pretty obvious - Rodgers has zero respect for Saleh. Can a team really win when the QB doesn't respect the head coach? Get your popcorn, it's going to be fun in NY this season.
