Love has been welcomed. Especially by the “immunization” crew

I don’t want to see Love  fail. But to compare the 2 situations without some context is fucking dum.

Love looks like a bottom 10 QB

This has not aged well.

About 3 weeks ago, I became disoriented and fell in the dining room while cooking dinner. Knocked over some dining room chairs and cracked my head wide open falling on the hutch. Don't remember a thing about it, but somehow made it back to the kitchen. Lied on the kitchen floor bleeding profusely for over 5 hours, because I could not get to my phone for help. I could not get up. I thought I was a gonner after about 5 hours lying there in a massive pool of blood. Finally I was able to partially stand with the help of a kitchen chair and was able to grab my phone before flopping back down. Paramedics and law enforcement broke down my front door and got me to the ER. End result, multiple metal staples to to the back of my head and I'm recovering nicely per the Doctors. It was a real bloody mess to clean up. Doc said I lost over 3 liters of blood and my muscles and organs were beginning the process of final shutdown when I got to the ER. He said I am very lucky to still be alive. Anyway, I am happy to still be here, which I reflect on every day. Sorry this was so long. But I am very fortunate to still be a part of the X4 community.

If Gary can sack or pressure Cousins, Trubiscuit and the Detroit guy,he'll be worth the #12 pick.

This post from 4/25/2019 is the first decent post in this thread other than the very first post with Gary's stats.

Here we are 4.5+ years later and I can't stop laughing at the first 2 pages of the thread.... @ChilliJon pulling his hair out

9 sacks as of December 3 for Rashan and ZERO over his last 7 games.

Preston Smith had 4, Kenny Clark had 3.5, and Lukas Van Ness had 3 during those same 7 games.

Did anyone hear anything about an injury, because it is weird how his sack production just disappeared as the season went on.

He did not play a full season last year. Maybe he just was worn down not being conditioned to play a full season and wasn't sure what to expect.  I sure as hell hope not but no other explanation.

I know the guy had zero sacks but he had LOTS of pressure plays. I saw him in the QB face a lot over the last 4 weeks. Stuff that isn't on the stat sheet.

He may have gotten wore down, IDK....Micah Parsons and Nick Bosa weren't much better in their games against us.

It's hard on defenders. The rules are geared to help the offense.

Tom Silverstein has been making the point ammo did. Namely, that Gary spent his off-season rehabbing his ACL injury, as he had to, as opposed to football specific weight training and conditioning work. Leading to his wearing down as the season went on. Makes sense to me.

Rashan needs a get right game and facing a Rams OL that is this depleted would the one. He also needs to take note of dudes like this who know what they're talking about

Rashan Gary=Aaron Kampan?

Speculation on Wilde and Tausch this morning that what's happened with Gary under Hafley may be equal to what happened with Kampman when GB switched to the 3-4. Kampman just wasn't built for that.

Gary is extremely light for a 4-3 end.

Not saying this is the complete story or explains everything, it almost certainly doesn't.

But it is fair to wonder.

And if that is the case, does Gute trade him to a 3-4 team? He had to know given Gary's size what kind of fit he'd be on a 4-man front.

I guess I said the same everywhere but this thread.  He was bigger coming out of UM having played more DL/DE than OLB.  He then spent the last 2-3 years reshaping himself into an OLB, which he was really starting to come into last year.  Now he'd have to undo all of that and go back to where he was as a rookie.

Man, that would really suck after what he's put himself through only to have to undo it all.  He's in a tough spot.

.....until now.

An honest question...if rashan Gary's weakness is putting his hand down in a 4-3 defense because of his lack of speed and he was better standing up in a 3-4 defense. Why can't a de in a 4-3 just stand up and play the position?
