Our local paper has a word scramble.  The illustration shows guys in a sports bar yelling, "Are you kidding me?" "Ugh, how could he miss that" while at the top it shows a ref on TV announcing, "Kick no good."  At the bottom it says, "The sports bar was full of adult males after their team lost, the bar was full of -----.

Even though they didn't provide enough spaces, my rapid fire instinctive answer was....Viking fans.

Was there enough room for β€œMason Crosby”?

Not even a witty or funny troll.

Just a sad troll.

Kind of fitting based on the team he pulls for…no wit, no fun and plenty of sad.

You’ve got it all wrong, sir.  Sometimes I just like to point out the hypocrisy of my fellow packer fans.  I mean, pointing to the misfortunes of the Viking’s kickers while our team employs a guy who’s making 66% of his field goals?  A lot of times I think we, as packer owners, look for faults in other teams because we don’t want to admit our own.  And speaking of own, they have owned us as of late, winning the last 2 and going 7-4-1 in the last 12.  Their entire starting defensive line was out last game, they lost Barr and Cook, and Peterson has covid.  Not comparable to our unprecedented injuries but this may certainly help our chances in beating them in their upcoming super bowl.  Go! Pack! Go!

Why? Because he’s now 55-70 with 0 playoff wins without Brady, and Brady is 22-8 and a SB Champion without him?
Had one bad year post Brady and is now heading to the playoffs with a rookie QB.
How was he pre-Brady?
Is this where you hang on to a shit take for years too long?

Here's another way to evaluate Bill Belichick. Before he turned into perhaps the best head coach in NFL history, he was one the best defensive coordinators in NFL history. Bill Parcells won two Super Bowls with the Giants. Belichick was the DC for both teams. Bill Parcells made another Super Bowl with the Patriots (where they lost to the Packers in 1996). Guess who was the associate head coach for that Patriots team - Bill Belichick. Parcells made another AFC title game when he was with the Jets in 1998. Guess who his DC was? It was Bill Belichick. In other words, Bill Parcells never won a playoff game where Belichick wasn't a key guy on his staff.

During the 12 years that they worked together -- with the Giants, the Patriots and the Jets -- their teams went 117-73-1, winning 11 playoff games and 2 Super Bowls. Their third Super Bowl together, the loss to the Packers, came during the only one of Parcells's four seasons in New England with Belichick at his side.

In his six seasons without Belichick -- in New England and Dallas -- Parcells has lost more games than he has won. His Belichick-less record, 44-47, is worse than Dave Wannstedt's career record or Wayne Fontes's or Jim Haslett's. Without his old understudy, Parcells has won as many playoff games as Bruce Coslett or Butch Davis: none.

You’re so close…..

Now do Belichick without Brady.

What the fuck is this we as packer owners shit?  Spelling Packers with a small p is all I need to know about you.   If you are a Packer owner I'm Donald Driver.
