How many are unrestricted? Restricted? or Exclusive Rights FA? This was the question going thru my mind when the announcer said the Vikings have 6 FAs in their defensive backfield. ERFAs are not going anywhere - if they want to play and if the team wants them. It is, figuratively speaking, a 50/50 proposition if restricted FAs return. You all know the process, after the dust settles, some go, some stay. URFAs are the more difficult ones to retain. Until the numbers in each category are known, we really don't know the direness of their situation. Does someone know them for all 37 FAs?
GB has 11 URFAs, 1 RFA, and 6 ERFAs - as far as I know. 3 URFAs are CBs, either GB signs a couple of them or the CB position is in for a drastic re-make. Given JA's latest remarks, I don't think he thinks he will be around next year.

I hope "Viking Jones" isn't as good against the Packers as "Viking Darnold" was.
McCarthy will get the nod, as starting QB. They were already talking him up, in the post game comments. Jones will be back up.

Nothing like killing the young guy first. I would love to be the 5th string QB. getting paid to stand on the sideline, hold a cliff board, talk to someone occasionally (MLF would call it: The illusion of participation), and drink plenty of .... (team secret). However, with my luck the first 4 guys would get injured in the 1st quarter. I would call it: the realization of hell in paradise.
