Germany played like absolute dog $hit. I rewatched the match...not sure what the issue was outside of Mexico taking away the middle and forcing them to try and attack up the wings.
Mexico had a couple chances late to add an extra goal but largely because Germany was attacking relentlessly leaving open the counter.
Wildest first round WC I can remember so far. Spain and Portugal draw. Brazil and Argentina draw. Mexico beats Germany. Will be interesting to see what Belgium and England do.

It's fukking Panama. The only reason they got out of CONCACAF qualifiers was because USMNT sucked balls.
They have the horses...but they gotta stay healthy. I am not counting the Krauts out yet...Spain 2010 lost their opener. They are too talented to not right the ship. If they met Mehico again, I'd wager it would be a different story.

The draw vs Spain meant nothing because both will finish with 7 points in the group, but Spain will score more goals and therefore win the group.
Morocco were every bit the better team, but they lack finishers.
