Whelan and McManus are a no-brainers, and are collectively the only priority. The majority of the ERFAs should be relatively easy to re-sign; low(er) salary and guarantees should work well with the cap. Providing deals can be made, I'd welcome most of them back. Telfort is the only one to comment on, and he is/was awful, and should be a PS candidate, at best. The UFAs are tougher to call. I think Eman Wilson is a no-brainer.
